Best Western Plus Greenville South

Very easy to get to. The reception staff was very accommodating. Very comfortable room close to the pool. We found the room very clean, however could use new carpet. Full breakfast available each morning. Well done excellent coffee machine as well.I would definitely stay here again.

Wish the pool was open a little earlier than 9:00 a.m. other than that, everything else was great

The pool needed skimming and breakfast was good but the second and third days of our stay , there wasn't enough food out. I gave my wrapped muffin to a man who was getting food for his family and there was hardly anything there.

the breakfast was awesome. the staff was friendly. absolutely love that there was adequate parking in the parking lot and it was free. the rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

. the light fixture between the beds wasnt functioning. i dont like carpeting because of my allergies, but that is a preference not a fault of the hotel

The breakfast was really great. There was plenty of food. A lot of different variety also. The room was very clean and loved that the pool was so easy accessible. Location was really good as well.

The room could have been a little larger. The guest at the front desk possibly a little friendlier. I really don't have much more to say other than we did find a good size bees nest in the gazebo but it was taken care of immediately.

I knew the place, very close to my work destination. Staff is very nice and supportive. The place is clean and quiet, the room was large and comfortable. The hotel is very close (behind) to Cracker Barrel and other options for breakfast to dining. Good parking space, laundry. Didn't use the fitness and pool, but looks ok.

Absolutely nothing wrong, just that I felt the place a touch more expensive than I would expect in that area.

the AC in the room wasn’t working properly. even with it turned down all the way I couldn’t cool off the room to satisfaction. but, the rest of the staff and my stay was so positive I hardly noticed.

The location is great for our football trips . . . not too far from the venue with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very good value.

The property is starting to age a little. Could use some maintenance and “TLC”. You had to be careful with the shower in our room (room 102). You could not regulate the water temperature very well . . . the water temp was never comfortable (too warm). If you were not careful, one could possibly get slightly scalded!

Saturday's breakfast was okay. But Sunday's morning options were limited. Beds and linen was clean! The staff was very polite!

Our room was next an elevator which wakes you at night. There were stains in the carpet between the beds. I seen a roach in my room.

When I arrived to my room the hallway and my room smelled like nothing but smoke when I exited the elevator. I’m aware that on the weekends a minimal breakfast is served but there was still nothing that I could eat

I was very happy to be there! I normally stay in the most dirt cheap places, so I was so grateful for the cleanliness and space! I arrived with my service dog after a straight 8 hour drive with only a 15 minute break, and we were both tired and just, done! The check-in process was quick and easy (I booked over thr phone ahead of time). They put us on the second floor but I said I had requested a first floor room, so they changed it right away without a fuss. They were very kind and respectful to my service dog too which made me feel at ease. I was very grateful for the service, kindness, and cleanliness.

I don't have anything negative to say! It was a great place to stay, all around.
