Room is clean and staff are friendly.

WiFi is terrible.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room, common areas and parking area felt clean. Great location - it's between Downtown and a small shopping area near Kohl's and Best Buy. Getting to the other shopping areas was easy due to the hotels close location to an exit on the interstate.

We visited on a busier weekend with an event in town. The water system on the hotel had a hard time keeping up with hot water demands. At 8 AM the shower had a hard time warming up and stayed lukewarm. We woke up earlier the next day (before 7 AM ) and were able to have hot water. The water pressure in the shower could also be a little better, but over all the stay was great.

Wow! What a bargain! Free bottles of ice water and ice cream in the lobby, evening reception with drinks from 6-8 PM, incredible breakfast spread including an omelette station. The staff was wonderful! It was clean and quiet.

If I could change anything, I would add a couple more washers and dryers. There are only 2 of each in the whole building and there was a line to use them during Sturgis bike rally. Also, I prefer the sink IN the bathroom rather than out, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Good location as it is walking distance to downtown Rapid City. Breakfast is ok, but I wish they varied the menu daily. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious.

My credit card information was stolen after staying in this hotel. To my surprise, there was a fraudulent charge of ~$600 on my card by another Wyndham hotel located in Kansas City even though I have not yet visited that city and never stayed in that hotel. I had to cancel my card through the bank because of that. It caused me a lot of stress.

Clean rooms. Efficient, friendly staff. Above average, hot breakfast. Easy on off the highway.

The pool area is nice with plants, tables and shades although it is inside. The pool is bigger than I thought which was great. the kids had a lot of fun. we had so rooms to connect with my parents and it was great to open the doors that connect the rooms.

The sad thing is the bed mattress was too soft. They also didn’t have milk with cereal for breakfast. So we had to go buy milk and cereal for my kids to have breakfast. They also didn’t have any bacon, eggs or sausage. They have space for it as the breakfast area is big but their breakfast was handicapped.

The room was INCREDIBLE and the bed was the most comfortable we had throughout our whole trip. It was clean and a very large room. They even honored our request for an early check in which was SO wonderful.

We were so happy with everything at our stay until breakfast. This was the most disappointing part - there was only batter to make waffles (if you wanted to wait for a long time). There was literally nothing else. So disappointing that we went to McDonalds to grab breakfast.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Our room was really clean and spacious!!!

The breakfast was pretty limited. There was only one person working in the room with free popcorn and free beer and wine. There was a tour bus staying there, and although the young lady was working extremely hard there was no way she could keep up with the crowd.

It was not downtown yet close enough to everything without being noisy. King Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice sized. We had the presidential suite and it was nice sized.

The pool was not heated and was cold. The mattress for the sofa sleeper was horrible. So bad our son slept on just the couch instead of having the bed pulled out.
