The layout of the room felt spacious. There were wonderful details that exceeded our expectations, bright lights, comfortable shower, good outlets, comfy beds.

I didn't like that the air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night and would not come back on until 6am. I'm an early riser and I like a cold room with the white noise of the fan. I adjusted the temperature to as low as you could set it and it would not kick on. This led me to feel it was done for economic reasons. Also, I prefer a flat pillow and there were only puffy ones in the room. But all in all, great hotel, great room.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience so decided to stay again. Breakfast is good & items kept full. They gave us a couple of coupons for a free or BOGO beer, wine, bottled water, or soda in the little bar area so took advantage of those too.

The A/C is very hard to regulate. Either the fan doesn’t run enough to keep the room at an even temp or you have to turn it on constant fan and then it runs too much. Also, TV speakers are on the back of the TV so you have to turn the volume quite loud in order to hear it, especially when the A/C is running. We could hear the muffled sound of the TV next door too.

Newer hotel so everything in the room was clean and in excellent condition. 4 pillows on the bed. Tea and coffee are available 24/7 downstairs and delicious. I received a free welcome beverage. Great TV. fridge, microwave, bathtub. Desk and chair in room. Good AC/heater. Breakfast was varied and good. I saw the pool but did not use it. Quiet area.

My shower head water pressure was weak. When I adjusted the setting it turned into a drill. The bedding was skimpy which caught me off guard as I did not have the heat on.

The hotel was new and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great!

Great value! Clean, modern and easy to access. Great combination of hot/continental breakfast-choice of yogurts, boiled eggs, waffles, toast, finished and muffins. Plus, hot eggs and sausage with juices and coffee. Room was very generous in size as was the bathroom. Plenty of towels and very nice toiletries! Would highly recommend and will definitely be my go-to when in the area.

Check in guy waa not very welcoming per se, but he was certainly efficient.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast selection was good. Coffee later in the day was still nice & hot which was great compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff was friendly & accommodating.

A/C unit was a little noisy. Shower was nice but the bath mat to put on the bottom of the tub to prevent slipping needs to be longer. I would also recommend sleeves for the coffee cups. It was hard to carry a cup of coffee up to my room without holding it by the lid, which didn’t seem very safe.

Everything was just outstanding... from the ease of booking minutes before we checked in, to friendliness of staff to excellent & thoughtful appointments of the accessible accommodations, very comfortable bed, cleanliness, the addition of little lobby area bar, holiday decorations, lighted tree in lobby and fabulous fresh, delectable breakfast, including those amazing batter- fresh waffles!! We are going to spread the word & definitely will return when passing through Sioux Falls! Kudos!

Breakfast had a variety of options

1st Booking was $20 cheaper but than got email that said if I want to have private bathroom I need to pay more, well I was on road and agreed but was not very happy because in USA all rooms should have private bathroom in an America Inn

I liked that there were two chairs in the room that were good for my back. Not big arm chairs that hurt my back, but an economic desk chair and one other. Breakfast was good too. They also had a buy one get one free on convenience store beverages that i appreciated. Convenience store had painkillers and other traveler's necessities along with some snacks and candy and drinks (except not milk, which you can get at breakfast)

Not a single person - staff or guests - wore masks, despite proximity to the airport, where people are arriving from all over

They,like everyone else during this time, were short staffed so they were doing many multiple tasks. We stayed 4 nights and breakfast was pretty good all days except one. On that day the hot items were over cooked but still edible.

There was no benches to sit on to rest outside. I am disabled and spend a lot of time outside but could not because I have to have resting places.
