We did not have breakfast. It would be nice if they did have a continental breakfast without raising the price as most other places for the price have that. The decor is amazing everywhere. The room was a bit small but beautiful. There were only 4 k cups in the room, there should be more. The rooms are very dry also. They were short staffed in the morning so check out took a bit longer but I didn't mind it, others may not. Bar closes at 11:00, would be nice if it were open later especially on weekends. We will definitely stay again.

Dryness of the room. Had to go get more k cups for coffee in the morning as there were only 2 in the room. Bar not open qhen we got back to the hotel about midnight.

We had a room with a river view that was wonderful. The view was just as beautiful at night with the lights reflecting. The Treasury was so unique, a must see! Just a fun hotel to stay at once in a while, but too pricey for long stays.

Wish the room had a microwave. Complimentary continental breakfast would be nice for the price paid and when you are short on time. The Diner down the street was very good but added time to our departure for our long drive to our next destination.

Room was spacious and comfortable, rose petals and swan shaped towels on the bed an unexpected lovely surprise, nice view of a very frozen river. Excellent mattress. Quick check in late at night got us up to our room and out of the cold quickly after a late night plane into the Sioux Falls Airport. No breakfast at hotel but the Phillips Diner a few hundred yards down the street was amazing. Lovely renovation of an old bank building into a beautiful historic hotel.

Not alot of parking spaces here.

Very nice place! We found the interior design very nice and cosy. The hotel is in a historic building - the former National Bank in Sioux Falls - and equipped with quality materials. The staff was very friendly - especially the service for parking. There is also a nice bar/restaurant in the hotel.

When we took over the room, the milk for the coffee was missing. The packs had been opened by previous guests. There was no bin for coffee filters, only a rubbish bag, but it wasn't waterproof. We stayed at the hotel for two nights but did not have roomcleaning. we had to get new coffee/milk from the reception on second day. Very unfortunate that an otherwise great experience was spoiled a little bit by small things.

I booked the hotel even though we have good friends in Sioux Falls that we could have stayed with. I was on my way to get a rescue dog in MN with my grown daughter in tow, and thought it may be snice to spend time downtown. I did not want to leave the room~ we did, but i could have just as easily stayed in. We did go to "the vault" and loved that too-though I wish it were a bigger selection o f food. The bartenders and drinks were great. I am a bit of a "margarita snob", but I have no complaints. Well worth the price, and I will stay here again!

PARKING! I parked in the garage across the street but it was raining so it was not close enough to not get wet!

The parking! I did pay to valet park on Friday, to my surprise in the AM my car was parked in the lot. I thought that was odd.. I was told the valet parked the cars in the lot beneath the hotel. If you have a designated lot and my car had a spot at some point in the night, why was it moved to the lot? That lot is VERY small and should be used for those that dont want to valet. Seemed as though it was a way to fill the lot and get others to pay to valet. I didnt like that when the lot was so incredibly small already.

We had the best person check us in. I am pretty sure Bryan Cranston based many of his midwestern roles off this guy and he has the best laugh too. Always so happy to help, but set true expectations. So, we basically loved the people, the history of the building, the library was amazing to hang and work in and the location of the hotel. We could walk everywhere we needed to go.

The work space in the room could be better, but my room was one of the smaller ones and the snack area/coffee area could be better.

Room was nice and comfortable.

The only complaint we had was the bathroom. It looks great but not vary functional. There were no shelves in the bathroom to place soap, hair products and hang wash cloths. The shower was large with an overhead spray and a side spray that was great but the shower curtain was too small and let large amounts of water to accumulate on the outside floor (very slippery). This situation required all our towels to be used to mop up the floor.

Beautiful and unique boutique hotel in a great location. The staff couldn’t have been nicer too. The Treasury bar in the former bank vault on the main level was one of the favorite bars we’ve ever been in. The craft cocktails, the bartenders and the ambience were spectacular. The bar alone makes it worth a trip to Sioux Falls.

The TV system was out the weekend we were there.

The bank bar was interesting - Menu needs more options beside "spicy" not everyone can do spicy, but food was good.

parking is horrible - when we arrived the lot was full Other than Valet parking. We did not feel comfortable parking on the street as suggested nor handing the vehicle over to a valet as we were packed with goods from our trip and this was the last stop on the way home.
