ClubHouse Hotel Sioux Falls

We have 8 children and they were so accommodating! We had a suite and a room. They were next to each other. Theybgave us planty of towels and shampoos. The pool was excellent fun for my kids they had a great time. The breakfast was much better than continental breakfasts at other hotels. If we go to sioux falls we will definitely stay here!

They required requesting house keeping. I forgot one time and ended up with a pile of wet towels from showers the night before.

The location of the hotel on the river bank was scenic.There is a river walk & cycle trail with direct access. Straight across from the hotel was a few eateries such as cracker barrel/domino's which was nice.

Pool was shallow, only really for kids. Kids had a great time tho. Happy hour ( managers welcome) was for adults only,some inclusion for the kids would of been nice..even cookies and milk (just a suggestion) Happy Kiddos happy parents 😁

pool was for young kids only- no place for 4 out of 5 of us to swim lots of disrespectful guests partying and yelling until 1 in the morning….had to call and gentleman at front desk told us he would take care of it after he was finished checking in a family- took a while for them to quiet down

Breakfast was great but very crowded. Wish the serving area could be spread out a bit more so there could be less congestion. Putting the coffee in another location might help.

I realize Covid did a lot of" preventative measures" for rooms, but there were no extra blankets and no advertisements for restaurants or things to do left in the room. Price is high for a very crowded suite.

I like everything. It was in the middle of all the places I needed to get to so it was a great place to be at.

I booked an accessible room in booking and when I got there, it was booked for a regular queen. So I was not happy with that but we got it fixed and I got an accessible room.

We were in town for Thanksgiving, and decided to stay the night to do some Black Friday shopping. The breakfast was delicious, and the gal that worked there was so friendly, and sweet. She had everything ready by 5:45am which was a blessing! It gave us fuel to shop til we dropped!

The pool was too cold. I specifically googled “heated pools” cause I wanted the kids to play with glee, but our pool time was cut short due to goosebumps, and blue lips.

It was very very nice. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel.

We were in a handicap room and when my father was taking a shower it went all over the bathroom floor. So made the floor slippery and dangerous. I thought the price we paid was steep

Picked for a fun pool. Our 13 and 8 yr old had fun- (though a few other unsupervised kids had to be talked to about their slide use). Great outdoors area, though didn’t have time to explore much this stay. Beautiful lobby. Wonderful breakfast. Great staff service. Nice size suite-

Instead of king suites maybe a king with queen bedroom instead of pull out -it was ok but not the best- used an additional roll away. Modernizing usb charging ports for the rooms could be nice. Maybe a small nightlight or two.

Location was convenient and outdoor grounds were pleasant and well kept.

I wish that we could have been very conscience of the extreme renovation that was occurring during our stay. I was looking forward to the enjoying the entire property.

A nice hotel for families with a fun swimming area and full breakfast. Facility is very new and clean but some ongoing construction was inconvenient. Hotel had easy access from interstate for a stop while traveling through town.
