Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Juliet

The hotel was very close to shopping centers and restaurants and conveniently placed just off the interstate. Our room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and had plenty of channels to watch on tv. We had a good breakfast in the mornings with hot and cold selections. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly also.

The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub was out of order. I really could've used that because I was in pain. Oh and we didn't have a microwave in our room.

I was not there for the breakfast because we had an early flight going to Mexico. Loved the location with easy access to shopping for the ladies, restaurants, and the airport as well. There is a shopping center across the road with a nice movie theater. The family (8 adults) and I had an early dinner and decided to watch a movie at the theater on the night before our trip to Mexico. This is my hotel of choice when I travel using Nashville international airport. I will be back next year. Loved it!!!

Great location really liked what area had to offer. Hotel was good

We had to call about lights two times. 1st bathroom light was out that got fixed and then there was a breaker that blew and the other lights were out. They did fix promptly. The cleaning staff were a little rude when my daughter fir got her purse and had to ask them to open our door cause we already turned in our key the girl acted like it was a big inconvenience for her. Although we apologized she still was unfriendly.

Parking was limited, the bathroom was dated, the coffee was not kept fresh throughout the day and there were ants in and around the creamer. The pool was out of order.

The stay was overall really good. I would have given it 5 stars but the King size bed wasn’t that comfortable, No microwave in the room, and the water pressure wasn’t the best. Loved the comforter though, would love to have one of those. Room was very clean. Staff was great, although some of them didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate with them. Breakfast was pretty good! We stayed for 3 nights and there was a few variations in offerings. Food was hot, fresh and a lot of options to choose from. Parking was adequate. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the Nashville area again. Manager was very nice and accommodating.

did not get any breakfast. when me and my son went down at 830am to eat the breakfast it was completely whipped out other than cereal. even the coffee was empty

did not like getting a king room instead of the 2 queen beds i had booked. so me and my 18yr old son had to sleep in the same bed.

They didn't give ne a room with a microwave and my booking stated that my room would have one.When I questioned it I was told it happens all the time if you don't book directly through the hotel other than that everything was amazing

Location, staff, and cleanliness.

The hot breakfast choices were great. However, the other items were not stocked. There was little to no cereal or bread, no muffins or bagels. Maybe it was just a timing issue or lack of staff.

The breakfast was great simply because they had a good selection of everything you could think of. The room and eating area was also clean. Check in/out was quick and easy.

We got the room with the jetted tub and some type of piece of sponge was left in one of the jets and not all the jets worked.

I liked the hotel very much in general, staff, facilities, etc.

Pool not heated, no hot tub, 1/2 the fitness center out of commission. This is all fluff but I think I was paying fluff price so expected stuff to work. Not a big deal when people are having real problems.
