Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel - BNA

overall, the rooms were spacious, although the room did not have a microwave after I was told in my reservation it would. the kitchen area was clean and accommodating for families. I liked that it was close to the airport and to the event that we were there for. because I had to be at the event center at 6am, I did not get to experience the breakfast, that I had read was good.

The staff member that was there on Sunday, 4/2/23 was extremely rude and kicked me and my three kids out of the room because she needed it for a group reservation. she then made me pay extra in order to get another room that she said was my only option to go to. When booking.com reached out to her, she was again nasty to them too. The pool seemed to be dirty (or it may have been the fighting in the pool that made it seem that way, idk). Parking was also a little tight, not enough spaces, but overall not too bad.

Room was large High ceiling Mattress, towels and sheets were very comfortable/better than average. Nice lobby and eat in area for breakfast Good selection of breakfast items. Friendly kitchen staff. Housekeeping staff very pleasant.

Upon arrival at 9pm 5.11.2023 desk clerk said reservation was not on her system. Insisted I call booking.com. Said Booking.com ALWAYS messes up the reservations. Told me to call booking.com three times as I was looking for a phone number. Then clerk said OH I FOUND IT. THE RESERVATION IS INDER YOUR FIRST NAME. No apology given. No welcoming feeling. Also PM clerk told me when breakfast was served but did not ask if I needed a shuttle. In the morning, AM desk clerk responded to my request for the shuttle - DID YOU RESERVE THE SHUTTLE? NO ONE told me I had to...Again not a nasty exchange just not a friendly helpful desk clerk either time. Room 113 has torn carpeting and torn up molding. Room as cool and instructions for turning on heat were lacking.

This is a very pleasant hotel, clean and well appointed. Nice room inside, with all the facilities that we needed. Swimming pool was nice and warm, and had both inside and outside sections that you could swim between. Breakfast was included, and very adequate. Free parking was very appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room we were allocated upon arrival was located directly above the lobby, so was a bit noisy especially with the coming and going of the shuttle buses that started at about 4 :00am. Also, a bit of aircraft noise that you wouldn't have got on the other side of the hotel. View from window was spoilt by the overhanging canopy. After arriving from the UK at what would have been around 02:00 UK time, after travelling for around 18 hours we just wanted to get some sleep. Didn't feel it was worth all the hassle of changing rooms for just two more nights.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Our room was very clean. The breakfast bar offered a good selection. As close as we were to the airport, I expected to hear a lot of airplanes, but I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was! The free shuttle service to and from the airport was great! Very convenient. The rates for keeping my car at the hotel while we travelled were very reasonable. It cost me much less than parking at the airport!

My only negative comment is about the blonde woman at the front desk. She wasn't UNfriendly but seemed very bored and annoyed with having to do her job. Every time we dealt with her, she was constantly texting or playing a game on her phone, and we had to wait several times for her to finish whatever she was doing. She gave just the bare minimum effort to the guests. I didn't expect a parade to be thrown for me, but a smile and a please or thank you would have been nice! :)

breakfast selection was fantastic and room was very clean!

Overall the stay was fantastic, there was one morning however at 8am, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the cleaning staff knocked on the door then opened the door to the room to ask if we wanted it cleaned. Nothing bad just a bit of an oh we had the sign up and they didnt see it or missed it.

Adeleto set up the breakfast, which was excellent. She was so friendly and went around to make sure all guests were happy with their meai. The breakfast room was clean and easy to navigate. The hotel was so clean and a terrific value for next the Nashville airport. I left my jacket my mistake and William held it for me so I could pick it up on my return to the airport. Awesome hotel experience.

Priced under surrounding hotels I was concerned about how nice it would be but they had everything waiting in a spacious and clean room. The hot breakfast is typical hotel fare but cooked a little better, and tastier.

Everything was very good. I have one suggestion for the management. The rooms are lit by 5000K LED bulbs which gave them a harsh hospital light. Try lighting a room with 2700K bulbs and see how much more welcoming and home like the room becomes.

Booked this hotel late at night due to flight cancellation - they sent us a shuttle to pick us up at the airport which was awesome as we were all exhausted after all the airport drama. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was great I would like to recognize the female staff member who greeted us (didn’t get her name,unfortunately) was extremely helpful - she went out of her way to help me out due to the late arrival - greatly appreciated!!

Wish breakfast was served until 10 am (Monday) but it is a very minor point

The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was wonderful, and the breakfast was good. The water pressure in the shower was also very nice. Thank you for providing good customer service.

If there was more than one waffle maker in the breakfast area, that would be nice. If bacon was always an option in the breakfast area, that would also be wonderful. The pool was not working, and we book hotels based on pool availability, so advance notice or a discount being offered in these instances would be appreciated. I did request a discount, so we will see if rewards actually do get applied to an account that even I have long-since forgotten.

The heated pools where great for the grand babies and they loved the breakfast bar so much! It was very clean and great staff!

The only down side was the outside pool wasn't as clean as we had hoped. i ended up cleaning the bugs and hair out of the pool so the babies could get in. they didn't want in it with the buds. lol. Thank you for a great stay!
