Quality Inn Lebanon - Nashville Area

The hotel is only about a year old and has very nice accommodations - very comfortable beds and very clean!!

What we were disappointed in was the morning breakfast. They apparently stock it early in the morning but do not replenish the items throughout the morning period. Fresh fruit, yogurt, danish, and condiments were lacking and were not replenished, I had to continually have to ask for something and then what was brought out was minimal. Needs improvement!

We liked the cleanliness of the room with no carpet. However the noise level from the room above was terrible til about midnight. You could hear footsteps, moving furniture, items dropped, etc. and was not a muffled sound due to not having carpet on the floors. We know to just ask for a top floor room on our next visit. This was in no way the fault of the facility or their staff. The cleanliness and breakfast were excellent! As well as the staff!! We would stay again. Just top floor.

The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained! The breakfast was hot and tasty with a wide selection of options. The aesthetic was classy and up-to-date, and the room itself felt cozy and safe. It's conveniently right off the expressway, so it's easy to get wherever you're going without much wasted time, but it's also just far enough that you don't get constant road noise.

I have almost no complaints at all, except that once or twice it was hard to find an employee when I had a question, but I was never unable to find someone.

This hotel seems to have had a makeover and everything is new! It was clean and the bed was very comfortable (not too soft or where you sink to the middle). There was one hair on a bath towel but other than that, very clean! It was also a very reasonable price. I ended up traveling back to the area the following night and was hoping to get a room again but they were al booked! I would definitely stay here again!

It would be nice if there was a freezer section in the mini fridge and if there was a dial to turn the fridge to a colder setting.

Breakfast was good, the staff was great. Very helpful. Rooms were clean. The fitness center was small but it got the job done.

The syrup was horrible. The bathroom counters were too small. There was not enough seating to do work on my laptop unless I went to the kitchen area. All in all, it was a great visit.

Spotlessly clean, convenient to I 40, very comfortable bed, nice bath. Nothing fancy, but all you need +.

I was all ready to give a 10, until I went down to breakfast (before 9 on Saturday, so not late). Most serving dishes were empty, no bread, no milk, only fruit was two overripe bananas. Also, had to track down someine to check me out, since desk unmanned. Disappointing, since the place itself is very nice.

The stay was fantastic! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable and the wooden floors added to the elegance of the stay. There was not a speck out of place and I felt like I was staying in my own home!

The shower curtain kept blowing into the shower and sticking to me. It was uncomfortable and I felt like I wasn't getting clean so I had to open the shower curtain while showering. Not really a problem that can be fixed though. Just kind of a negative point ish.

Everything. It seems to be recently remodeled or updated. The rooms were very clean and pretty, beds were comfy, the bathroom was nice, and the shower was super nice. They have a complimentary hot breakfast that's very good as well. The staff were very nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend for a long stay as well.

We have zero complaints.

The room size was nice and big. We received clean towels every day, thank you. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was the same every day. No ripe bananas, they were very green. Bacon would have been a nice treat at least once. The scrambled eggs were from a powder. I would prefer to peel my own hard-boiled egg. Our bed never got made while we were there.

It's midway between the NC coast and my 2nd stop in Oklahoma City, right of the interstate. Friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast in the morning. They swapped our my room so I could see my bike from the room. Great rates!
