Motel 6-Nashville, TN - Airport

The staff here was very friendly, easily able to pull up the reservations we made and have us checked in within minutes. The housekeeping here was also spot on, they checked in around 7am and then again around checkout time (11am-11:30am). The room itself was neat and clean (the motel had recently gone under rennovations and it showed) The motel is also in a decent, not-too-busy area with a Waffle House directly beside it in case you get hungry in the middle of the night, I suppose.

About half of the outlets in my room (122?) didn't work and one of the beside lights didn't work either. It also would have been nice if the room had a layer of sheer curtains so we could've had the black out curtains open for some light without feeling exposed to everyone walking by.

Location, the hotel is close to everything.

I was told if I had any guest come by my room I would lose my deposit. I believe if I'm paying $100 to stay in a room & $50 deposit on top of that if there's no disturbance & nothing is broken like the TV or anything damaged, I should be able to have as many guest come by as I want. I don't mean 15 people but 1 or 2 through out my stay & not even over night. Definitely should tell them bout extra guest overnight for safety reasons fire hazard etc. Most of the American owned hotels never say anything about anything. But Indian owned, I won't even go there. Y'all already know.

Clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond what I expected. The location perfect and the nearby restaurants, stores and gas stations made my stay pleasant. I will recommend this to my friends

I didn't like the view I had. The bathroom needs a little update. The bed was a little hard for my taste but it was comfortable. There needs to be a massage shower head. I think providing an Iron and Ironing board would be nice

The hotel was clean and right off the highway. It was very convenient.

They were remodeling the 3rd floor and had lots of banging going on. When we called the desk, the staff said where is coming from? My husband said he wasn't sure. She said" well, I am not going outside to find out. You will have to call the police. They will have to handle it. My husband said are you all remodeling? She said yes but not at night." We went out in corrider to see if we figure out where it was coming from and heard one of the construction guys cursing about not being able to work at night. So yeah, not a great experience with the hospitality. Oh and when I went to check in, they tried to give ne a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room.

Location was perfect for my stay. Older hotel but there seems to have been some upgrades for a more modern feel. Check In was a breeze, staff very pleasant and helpful. As a female traveling alone I thought it was especially nice they put me in a room that was directly behind their lobby/check in. May have been coincidence, but I’d like to think it was intentional for added safety. Room smelled and appeared clean. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a basic no-frills room, served its purpose, was exactly what I needed for my stay. I will definitely stay here again when the need arises. Bonus: Waffle House is literally in the same turn in for the hotel, and Cracker Barrel is directly across the street. There’s a grocery store and dollar general a block away. Everything you need is right there. Extra bonus: recommend eating at La Hacienda that’s in same plaza as grocery store if you like Mexican food.

The refrigerator in my room was so cold everything froze, even when temp was turned up, but I didn’t stock much more than a couple drinks in there so no big deal

The staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to get to from the highway. There was food within walking distance of the place.

The room was picked up but dirty. I could write a message in the mirror. The floor lefted the bottoms of your feet filthy and even felt dirty. The mattress has mold spots in the top corner edges of the bed.

Clean and friendly staff. Well kept and a good location. Definitely was a pleasant stay here.

I wish they had better programming and tv service. It was no guide or menu to tell you what you were watching and no channel lineup to view. It would be nice if they had a breakfast of some kind even a grab and go is better than nothing. I

Everything was fine. The ladies in the office were especially kind, friendly and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Please tell them of our comments. Being next to the Waffle House is a definite plus.

Just finish the construction soon. But for being under construction it was not a problem. We will see you again next May as our work up there is an annual event.

Quiet and very nice staff. Always pleasant and accommodating. Clean room with needed items always available.

The TV programs were not very good. No guide to find what's playing and not much choice. It would be really nice if coffee and breakfast was available. Even xa grab and go would make a difference.
