Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn

The breakfast was good even tho I think a bit more can be added on some days. I am happy with my stay. Front desk, maintenance guy and kitchen staff remarkable very helpful and pleasant i will say. The linen, surroundings and interior very clean. Highly recommended anytime and I'll stay there again.

Even tho highly recommended the housekeepers need to pay a bit more attention to some areas in the room/ bathroom.

We first booked at another best western, closer to the airport but it was extreamly dirty and smelled of mold and musty. We had to stay there the first night and then moved to this one. This one was more expensive but met our expectations. The room was an excelent size and the bed (king) was really nice. There was a small fridge, which for us was important. The breakfast buffet, included, was super good and well maintained by one of the staff. Not one of those, setup and leave it kind of things. You could go anytime during the posted hours and it would be restocked with everything. There were lots of choices and you could even make plates to take back to your room.

The one really disappointing thing we found was that the carpet in our room was extreamly dirty. So dirty in fact that if you walk barefoot in the room and then get in the shower, the floor of the shower turned dark from the dirt on the bottom of your feet. We did address this with the staff. They said they had had complaints and had just contracted a service to shampoo the carpets before we arrived. Obviously the had not done the job right. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I liked our room, it was clean and smelled nice. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave. Water pressure was nice and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was nice. I was a little dissapointed there wasnt bacon or omlete station, but to be fair, we did get down kinda late. Im sure if we showed up early it would've been a better breakfast spread.

Well, when we first got there, it did look kinda sketchy with homeless people around and stuff. But i was pleasantly suprised once we entered the hotel.

Rooms were clean, and breakfast was pleasant.

Key cards for the room were a disappointment. Whenever I left the building and came back, the key card wouldn't work. I would have to go back to the lobby to have it reset. Very inconvenient. After returning for the 3rd time, I just started going to the lobby automatically because staying on the 4th floor and not being able to get in your room was very discouraging and disappointing. Other than that, everything was cool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

I did not like location of the hotel. It looks like the ghetto. Nothing against homeless but they were literally camping out on the street. The area looks dirty which is a main reason I would not stay there again. I would not feel safe walking around the area. I understand this is not hotels fault but mayor should really do something to help these people off the street. Open more shelters. Your businesses will suffer!

The hotel was clean, quiet and had comfortable beds and pillows. location was great for accessing downtown areas. The 55 bus stops just outside and runs regularly (20 mins into the centre). €2 for a day ticket is great value. Breakfast was plentiful and there were water coolers available. Staff were pleasant.

Breakfast after 3 days always had the same things and it could get quite congested with lots of guests arriving at the same time.

The hotel was very clean, and very nice. Every member of the staff I encountered was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The hotel was close to Broadway and the other places we were visiting, so that is a plus.

Room service is quite expensive.

The hotel was no fringes and a pretty good deal for the price. king size bed, nice water pressure, nice and cool AC unit during a hot stay. pool was nice. the breakfast had good variety. it’s located right off the highway, about halfway between the airport and downtown.

it’s been well loved (used) here. some things can be updated and repaired. towels could be bigger, and more pillows could have been provided.

Most importantly was the very comfortable bed. The room was clean, pretty, quiet and very comfortable. Loved the bathtub - overall a delightful room and stay. Also a good breakfast. Very pleased with this hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel and the price exceptional.

Nice clean room and OK price for "Nashville" rates.

I cannot say for sure...but this hotel could be located in a non-friendly neighborhood. Stairwell emergency doors (the type with panic hardware) were locked at night (a building code violation) and the hotel's somewhat average breakfast in the morning, might have been a free meal for the apparently homeless people in the area who kept walking into the breakfast area. Might have been some type of social program...???? Otherwise, the place was Ok for "a passing thru Nashville" night. Close to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
