Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville-I-40 & I-24(Spence Lane), an IHG Hotel

The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. Instead of the traditional airplane bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they had full size bottles mounted to the wall in the shower. Instead of the traditional coffee pot, there was a Keurig machine. The continental breakfast was outstanding during my stay. Biscuits and gravy was available daily. Depending on the day either sausage or bacon, and either scrambled eggs or cheese omelets were available. When my reservation wasn't quite ready, the desk clerk was able to find me a different room to prevent me from having to wait. All of the employees I encountered were incredibly gracious and kind.

The housekeeping was very slow. I'm not sure if it was due to staffing or what the issue was, but on my arrival my original room was still being cleaned at 3:45pm. They were able to get another instead of having to wait, which was completely acceptable since I was rooming alone. I happened to be in my room one afternoon around 4pm when housekeeping arrived to clean, usually housekeeping is done by lunch.

Our stay was for our visit to opryland. The hotel had quick access to the interstate. I compared prices and for the price and easy transport, this was an excellent option.

The cable tv in our room only had left leaning channels, no fox news ,no country. Asked the front desk, they really didnt understand my question and were not interested.

Over all I give it a 9 out of 10. 10 being best. The only thing I wished was the air conditioner was in better shape! The room felt a little clammy and as soon as I figured out to pull out the filter and clean them off the room temp wasn’t clammy anymore. The breakfast was wonderful. A very fresh and large spread and the cinnamon rolls was the flakiest and best tasting cinnamon roll I have ever tasted. I give the breakfast serves a 10+! Room was nice and clean.

Air conditioning filter not cleaned out and made the room feel clammy like. As soon as I cleaned them off room felted much better!

The breakfast was very good. It had different options and was always hot and fresh. The location near the beltline allowed for easy access to any destination around the city.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, but housekeeping policies could have been better.

Good value at weekend for money considering Nashville prices. Surprisingly good breakfast.

Uber prices fluctuated big time depending on time of day …Saturday night return wanted $40

The staff (front desk and breakfast crew) was very kind, communicated well, and was prompt. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. The room was more spacious than similar rooms at other hotels. Check in and out was super easy.

Could be a little cleaner. Our room had a musty smell. Wish they would give you clean towels and empty trash when you stay more than one day.
