Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Airport

I was attending a training session and the location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. When the shuttle didn’t pick me up they sent car service. Although I generally prefer a hotel the full kitchen amenities would have been great if I was staying longer and was traveling with my friends or family.

I wasn’t able to connect with free WiFi for the duration of the time I was there and missed a couple of online meetings. I hadn’t stayed at Residence Inn before so didn’t know that I would be in a little bungalow away from the main building and having to walk outside to get to my room was not great especially at night.

After reading other reviews, I was concerned about what my experience would be like. However, I had a great experience, one very different from what I read. I loved the full kitchens. Quiet location. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Quick and cheap Uber ride to downtown! I felt safe with key access only to the parking area for guests.

There were no linens for the couch bed in the room.

When there was a problem with my bill the GM was there to help get it fixed.

The Toilets are to low to the ground. They appear to be little kids size. Most uncomfortable to use. Please update to a taller size like the one in the lobby.The place needs some clean up out side the place. Inside the place was dark which made it feel uncomfortable and dated. The living room furniture needed to be cleaned/changed out.

I did not expect there to be a full kitchen in our room when I booked it, it was a nice suprize! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only issue that came up in our stay was the first night the water when taking a shower only had one temperature, which was warm-ish. The second night the water temperature was fine!

Everything was perfect. it was literally the most clean suite I’ve ever stayed in. Very safe as you had to swipe to get into the parking/ guest area. All staff was helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options available. Plenty of seating also.

Seriously nothing was bad.

Good breakfast and something different every morning. Location is a short drive to downtown Nashville.

Only complaint is the pool was dirty and needed vacuumed and cleaned. I wouldn't let kids in pool for how dirty it was.

It was a wonderful room.

The fireplace is real wood, not gas. It didn't say that anywhere, and you have to BUY the wood. Also, I found a better price after booking the room on the Marriott website. Like WAY cheaper.

Love the style of the hotel and how much space.

Things in the room, like furniture, tv need to be updated. Also shower could be better.

The property was nice. Breakfast was Continental, but filling, with fruit, bagels, yogurt, sausage wraps, cereal, boiled eggs, etc. The location was perfect for where we were visiting in Nashville. The room was comfortable and we loved the kitchenette. Would stay here again.

Had to request pillows for the sofa bed.
