Hyatt House Nashville Airport

Breakfast was great! The location was great as well. Our suite was perfect for us.

The sink bathroom was clogged so it took a while for the water to go down. The hall way and elevators smelled horrible. They were not as clean as other hotels. The outside of the hotel smelled like urine.

Everything was great at the hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room, The room was very spacious and big enough for my large family for a 4 day trip. My daughter enjoyed the pool.

My only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper and not enough towels. Housekeeping did not come by the 4 days we were there. It costs $60 from downtown back to hotel on Saturday night and $60 home from Nissan Stadium after a concert on Sunday night... I didn't realize how expensive the rides were going to be. Just something to keep in mind. Also- someone burnt something they were cooking and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and it was really an inconvenience for our family with babies shlepping them outside with the loud alarms.

The staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating to my family and I. We arrived at The Hyatt house in Nashville TN @ 6am from Ohio after driving ten hours . We had reservations at another hotel location, which was not acceptable to my family & I. we explained our situation to the front desk gentleman at Hyatt House Nashville TN. He put in a note letting his clean crew know we needed to check in early. He also told us we were welcome to use the amenities while we waited for our room to be ready. We will definitely stay again when visiting Nashville, TN.

The rooms were very spacious, providing 3 beds for us and our kids. Small amenities made the stay comfortable like an in room freezer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Moderate pool, but it was enough to swim laps. Stocked bar on site was a plus and it had a great fire pit patio on the first floor. We loved lounging on the couches in the shade by the fire even in summer.

There was a small snafu with their computer system, but it shouldn't be a problem for any one else really.

Out of all my stays in different hotels in Nashville near the airport this one is my new fav. I had a suite that was fit for 6 guests and it fit them all comfortably. It was very nice and clean no complaints at all. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The indoor pool was working just fine and my kids all enjoyed it. The breakfast wasn’t the best but hey it’s hotel breakfast so it isn’t worth complaining about because you can easily go and get your own breakfast. The drive from the hotel to downtown wasn’t bad either. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. The lounge was open but closed at 10pm. The bartender was a great!

We stayed for 4 nights. At check in, I was told they would clean our room at least once. We asked twice for housekeeping to clean BUT they never came around. We had to keep asking for towels, toilet paper, kleenex and for our trash cans to be emptied. Other than housekeeping, it was good.

very nice and clean overall. room was spacious enough, bed was comfy, you could chromecast TV if you couldn’t find anything good in the channels, bathroom shower was nice and big (had full size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel - didn’t even need to bring my own). had a cute bar and seating area w a fire pit which was nice. breakfast was pretty good as well. safe looking area surrounded by hotels and corporate buildings w good amount of parking. perfect distance close enough to opry and to downtown nashville

weirdly enough our lock to the room itself was very stiff (had to push hard and fast in order to get in - got used to it after we figured out best way to open it) and the lock to the bathroom had to be pulled a certain way in order to lock it.

We loved the whole property but the pool was extra enjoyable since it was cold and rainy out while we were in town. I also appreciated the inclusive accommodations to the pool! I’ve never seen that before and I’m certain other families appreciate it also. We were in town for a concert and don’t drink so downtown wasn’t super exciting for us- we spent most of our time at the hotel and enjoyed the slower pace. Breakfast was also a big highlight for us, it was nice to not have to run out for hot food first thing in the morning. I also appreciated the smoking stations outside, a safe way to dispose of cigarette butts not only prevents fires, it keeps the property cleaner. Which by the way, we were highly impressed with how clean the hotel not only looked, but smelt. 10/10

About 5-7 minutes from the Airport. 15-20 minutes to downtown/Broadway attractions or the Grand Ole Opry. Large suite with a full Kitchenette (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, flatware, dishes, etc.), breakfast nook, separate living/sleeping areas. Nice comfortable bed Waterfall shower (strong pressure/hot water) Extremely helpful courteous staff--promptly responded to all requests and made excellent recommendations. Security Staff Since the hotel was not full on Monday; they graciously permitted late checkout (at no additional cost), so I could work in my hotel room until my plane departed.

There was really NOTHING negative about my experience. However, if I have to nitpick, somebody either left something in the safe or it malfunctioned, so I was not able to store my valuable in the room safe. It also should be noted: this hotel is located DEEP within a large office park (clearly designed for the business traveler). There is really NOTHING (NO Bars, NO Restaurants, NO shopping district, etc.) within walking distance--in contrast, if you stay downtown virtually everything is accessible by foot. You will need to get a Uber/taxi to go ANYWHERE, so plan accordingly.

The response I received from Rita when I was trying to confirm a payment that Erica had done on Wednesday for me. Rita said that because I paid with my credit card, it was no way anyone could just put the money in their pocket as she actually acted it out by pretending to put money in her pocket....which I didn't appreciate AT ALL!!! I told her that I wasn't accusing anyone of taking my money, I was simply just confirming that the payment was on there. Then she had the nerve to ask me at the end of the check out process if I would be willing to do a review for my stay with the Hyatt and proceeded to give me a card and wrote her name on it and reiterated before I left the desk by pointing to her name tag...in which I replied "I got it... Rita"
