I loved how close it was to the Medical Center. I liked how quiet it was. I liked it was easy to walk to anything you might need.
I did not like the couch. It actually hurt to sit on it. I did not like the blinds on the French doors with no blackout shade or curtain. The room was not dark at night. I did not like the grout and icky feel of the tile in the bathroom.

What was the breakfast? It was difficult to find the entrance and I didn't receive any information about how to access the room until we called and spoke to someone who gave us the room number and the code to enter. I would be uncomforta ble staying here if I was a single woman.

garage door: Parking garage door was slow to close so just a touch uncomfortable when came in late at night by myself . and, had to get out of car to open. But, this was not a big problem .

I like the location, was able to get downtown and music row area easily, lots of shops nearby. Secure parking and building.
One night is was a little noisy, police and fire sirens going off, since you are right next to the street.

Propriety was clean and well kept. Location was great as well.
The only minor issues I would have is the cleaning services arriving earlier than our departure but they gracefully waited until we left.

My mother was transported from the Chattanoogan hospital for emergency brain surgery due to no rooms available at our local hospitals. This was very close to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and restaurants. Very clean. The only thing is needed 6a hair dryer but I survived. Will stay here again if available because we will be coming back for future medical treatments.

The Mint House was wonderful. The booking and charging system was bad. I was charged a much higher price when I booked inJanuary than was being offer just prior to our stay. Also, the the entire amount was charged to my credit card 4 months in advance.
