Sonder at Village 210

The location was amazing. There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and short Uber or Lyft rides get you to most of the tourist attractions. The unit was BEAUTIFUL, as was the pool (although that could use a little upkeep). The area was safe and secure. The staff is available by text and VERY responsive. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit.

Access to extra towels would have been nice, but there was a washer and dryer, so we just did them. I'm glad that I knew about the washer ahead of time and brought detergent, because that was not there. There is no TV, really. They have a Chromecast, so if you have a streaming service, you can cast it to the TV that's in there, but we don't have any streaming services, so there was no way to watch TV at all. That was a little annoying because just staying in and watching a movie was not really an option.

The location was awesome, super close to downtown Nashville. There were plenty of awesome shops, bars and restaurants to go to within walking distance. It was also very safe, especially with kids. The pool area was great!

The shower was leaking outside and the shower pressure was terrible, hardly any water came out. The blinds were also broken which meant people could see into the main bedroom. The Chrome casting not really good for travelers from overseas. Sometimes it didn't work and used a lot of data on our devices.

Liked the Hillsboro Village area - walkable eating places.

We pre paid for the parking garage, but the Parking garage was difficult to find. The directions should definately include a GPS street address for the parking garage. . I did call for that, and initially the woman in another country gave me an address that was 10 blocks away from the apartment. I asked to speak to someone in the US but she said it wasn’t possible. So, when I pushed repeatedly about how the garage address she gave me could be so far away from the apartment; she finally checked with a supervisor, and told me she gave me the wrong address. Fortunately, I had questioned it, the parking garage is literally attached to the building itself, but hidden because of where to enter it. The GPS address is essential for the parking garage.

The location in the Hillsboro Village neighborhood of Nashville was great. It was walkable to nice restaurants and shops and only about 10 minute drive to downtown. The condo was clean and spacious.

When we arrived, the elevator was having issues so we had to lug all of our bags up the 4 flights to our floor. Talking to other guests, it was causing problems for everyone. The issue was resolved later that day which was fortunate. We drove down to Nashville but were flying back and due to how late our flight was, we decided to request a later check out time. We received a notification that our request was "pending" and then never received any other messages. Thankfully, we were able to make alternate arrangements but it would've been nice if someone from Sonder had followed up with us, even if our request had to be denied.

I had the pleasure of staying in an incredible Sonder apartment during my visit to Nashville. The apartment exceeded all expectations, providing all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was simply unbeatable, with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the vibrant Nashville nightlife. The convenience of being close to these popular spots greatly enhanced our overall experience. The amazing Sonder apartment in Nashville was an ideal choice for a memorable trip. If I find myself returning to the city, there's no doubt that I will choose to stay at Sonder once again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a superb accommodation experience in the heart of Nashville.

I went with one of my cousins. Very comfortable beds. Decorated nicely. We used this as a starting point for other places to visit. Three hours from Chattanooga. 2.5 hours from US space and Rocket center in Huntsville Alabama. 3 hours from Memphis. Also went to the Grand Ole Opryland twice while there. Lots of things to do.

The sirens from the hospital were a little unnerving late at night. The Childrens Hospital 8s less than 1 mile from this location.

Great location and nice apartment. Kitchen equipment is a bit bare bones (no pizza tray) but everything was clean as that’s the main thing!

The residents area of the garage really smells due to the collection of used cooking oil from all the restaurants in the building. The pipes in the basement are leaking which is pretty gross. The storage tanks while clean also smell very bad. The shallow depth of the pool was also disappointing- its 3ft everywhere.

Location was great, a lot of restaurants within the area and walkable. Free parking in a parking garage was a huge plus. A code was needed for building entry as well as elevator floor access making us feel safe. Pool was great to have, we did not use the gym or small community room, but it was nice to have access if we wanted.

Housekeeping could have been a bit better, not dirty but definitely could have done without a pair of women’s underwear hiding under the couch upon check in. Could have used a good vacuuming. There is not a lot of storage, my wife used the small closet for her suitcase, I had to stow mine in the living room. The shower had no shelves to place items on. A few more hooks in the bathroom would have been great.

We like the location it was safe! Although it wasnt as near to Broadway it was only less than $10 Uber away to all the popular sights. Wifi was excellent, Sonder instructions were easy to follow as long as you download their app. All the facilities are great to have especially the kitchen.

Only downside is the noise coming from the outside. There was a day we were awaken at 2am by the noise of trucks outside like garbage trucks dumping outside

Sonder support is excellent. I have stayed at multiple Sonder locations and the support is communicative and always get back to me. This time I requested a late checkout because I needed to have a Zoom meeting for work past the checkout time and they were able to accommodate me no problem.

Building has a fruit fly problem. There were little flies in the apartment as well as in the hallways. I noticed some paper/yellow legal pad taped to the air vent - not sure if this was to address the fly issue. Not a big deal, but I have never noticed this at other Sonder locations.
