Embassy Suites Memphis

Rooms are clean, no problem with getting extra towels and sheets. The breakfast is good. The hotel is very nice and scenic. It's located not far from main attractions such as Beale street, and the Civil Rights Museum which is 15 minutes away.

I wished the beds in the double rooms, instead of full size beds can be queen size beds. Me and my husband had to share one of the beds in the double suites and it's quite small for couples to share. So, I didn't have such a comfortable experience with the beds. Maybe it's comfortable for one person, definitely not two people to share.

Location Location Location!!! Customer Service! It was close to everywhere I needed to be. I will say 246 need mor attention to the cleanliness but it was things like door handles and splatters on the walls in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and clean! MANAGEMENT—— KUDOS to your staff!!!! Everyone we encountered was wonderful! My husband locked himself out of the hotel at 3 in the morning. I went down for a late night snack and forgot my room number. Your team did not bat an eye the just HELPED at every contact. Your housekeeping team spoke as we passed them in the hallway and made us feel like they weren’t too busy to acknowledge us. Teleshia stayed in great contact with us throughout our stay. We were out of the state when my husband realized that he left his watch....not a problem they checked, found it and it is currently on the way back to us. This was a happy and engaged TEAM and by that alone we were able to overlook smudges on the wall.

Dirty door in bathroom

The entrance to the lobby is beautiful and the facility was clean. The faculty was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. My 2 children and I enjoyed our stay!

The elevators are a little outdated and the shower knob was installed backwards. If you wanted hot water, you had to turn it towards the cold end.

The room was adequate and the pool was fun. The kids enjoyed it a lot. We got rooms on the same floor, close to each other. We got a double suite and it was nice to have extra sinks in the bedroom and coffee bar.. The restaurant was nice for a late supper for two and breakfast was very good with a variety for everyone. Our daughter and family came from Australia and we all enjoyed our time together.

Dated. The vent in the bathroom kept falling. It had been scotch taped but it would fall every time I used the bathroom. Some of us had a cold showers because the water took so long to warm up-at least 10 minutes. Parking spots were extremely tight. if you had a Yukon or truck you could barely squeeze out of your door. At least, it was free parking.

I've been to this embassy suite 4 times and this time I was scheduled to have an upgraded King sweet it was absolutely the same as every other king room that I've had there 😢 .Was very disappointed about paying extra money for the same room. Maybe you guys can make this up to me and my wife in June when we come back down there to visit my mother who lives in Tennessee🤔 Ps. I do think it's time for upgraded interior rooms and change the televisions they're very dark you cannot see most programming due to the dark settings. You guys still get a 8.9👍

The layout was very nice and the staff was friendly. The cleaning team was exceptionally nice. They were more like customer service! I had booked online but what I booked was not available. The front desk lady helped me out and offered me what was available. I wish the rooms could have gotten cooler

It was humid hot in the building. Breakfast was meh. I’d loved to have seen a waffle maker! Coffee station was rough.

The warm welcome when I arrived. The wonderful ladies fixing the breakfast. The acknowledgment from the very nice lady in security. I really felt safer knowing there was someone "watching over me while I slept. I also loved the layout of my room I felt like I was at home being able to shut the door to my bedroom. I had a blessed, beautiful birthday. Thank you ao much for all the wonderful, kind, and professional people working for you!!! I'll be back!!

The property was nice

Check in process I booked but when i arrived they were telling me my rooms were canceled I had were canceled It still was showing up on the app I’m not sure if I was told that because my booked rooms were sold before I arrived but I had to rebook 2 more rooms because I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with the man at the desk he also charged me way more than booking.com and I was charged 2 separate payments I ended up having to get two king rooms instead of the double bed and king that was originally booked

I liked that the hotel staff were very professional and caring. From the Front Desk, to the Housekeepers and the Kitchen employees. I've been a regular with Embassy Suites for over 30 years and will continue coming back.

We noticed a foul smell in our bathroom. By the 2nd day, my wife noticed something on the floor and back wall of the toilet. The bathroom toilet had defecation around the outer bottom of it. So we called the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor came and gave it a thorough cleaning. She and her helper was very professional and concerned. But she was very disappointed in the person who was responsible for cleaning our room. We were suppose to be compensated for our 3 day stay. But to no avail, no one has contacted us. 🤔 And lastly, the eggs🥚being cooked with breakfast we notice are not real. Let's do a better job with better quality of eggs. Like before the Pandemic.

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fresh cooked omelet although I was hoping for a Belgian waffle The cooks at breakfast and the bartenders at night were all very sweet. I really appreciated the extra security staff.

Housekeeping. I would have liked daily fresh towels and trash removal. There was spilled cornflakes in the elevator for 2 entire days.
