Aloft Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

This is such a beautiful property overall, I have stayed here more then once. It has actually become my go to place to stay when I come into DFW! The staff is always lovely, super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and tidy beds are super comfy. Shower is great. They have a steamer that replaces an iron which I love makes it super convenient to iron/steam the wrinkles out. Pets are welcome for free, which is initially what attracted me to this property. Great location lots of food options, and entertainment.

There were just a couple minor maintenance fixes that needed to be done like replacing dead remote batteries, but nothing big at all. Overall, it’s a great experience.

The location was great. We were in town for a Cowboys game and there is s free trolley that runs from the hotel to AT&T stadium and back. There were options for dining both right there and just a couple miles down the road. The room, although not spacious, was well equipped and had all that we needed.

I would have liked to have a bit more storage for my clothes, although we made it work and the table and bench seating was a nice touch.

the place was in a very good location if needing access to the AT&T Stadium or the Texas Rangers. the staff were fantastic and very friendly. funky hotel downstairs and rooms were great

it was impossible to get the room cleaned. I was there for 7 nights the room got cleaned after about 2 days I then had my sign on door again asking for room clean and nothing. my bin was over flowing , no toilet roll etc. spoke to reception who said they won’t clean your room if you have the sign on which makes no sense as your actually asking for it to be cleaned. they said we will send someone up just now but all they did was empty the bin and leave. very strange considering I constantly seen the cleaners put in the hall

Unfortunately we did not participate in the hotels breakfast. The items listed did however look delicious we just overslept. Location was great, lots of restaurants where close by and our ride fairs were reasonable. Jazmine checked us in, we were a day early and she got us in a room well before check in. She had some amazing recommendations and was very kind.

Honestly nothing bad to say about this stay. The walls seemed to be a little thin and you could easily hear people nearby however everyone around us seemed to be on the same schedule so there were no issues.

I would like to know that everything in the room has been sanitized. and the Rug in the room was dirty, it needed to be replaced, along with the pillows and the seating bench around the table. All of those things need to be washable and replaced with clean ones after every customers stay. I know they get dirty from a lot of people staying at the Aloft, but I’m suggesting make everything so it can be washed and sanitized. Thank you.

The room was perfect, I had a great view of the pool. The whole hotel is beautifully furnished, the rooms were clean. The pool was perfect too. Parking was easy, it seemed like there were a lot of cars, but parking was ample. I absolutely loved the speaker that was in the room.

Nothing it was perfect.

Pet friendly with very clean room. Does not smell any dog odor. Have designated area for dog can have business. Staff were very friendly and loves dog.

Door slams and makes loud noise even other guests open/close door i can hear the sound.

The atmosphere was great. Pool Table. Lounge area very comfy. Room was nice and comfy. Close to restaurants. Close to AT&T Stadium.

Low water pressure at bathroom sink. Need more equipment in gym. (Get a Smith machine with free weights or plates).

Really like the hotel for many reasons...fairly nice, great location, good parking.

I'd stay here again for sure but I was really bummed the pool was closed. We (my two daughters and I) came for a Texas Rangers game but I picked the hotel based on location and that it had a nice-looking pool. So we came up early so we could swim before the game. Really wish they would let you know when a major amenity like that isn't available.

Aloft was a great place to stay!!! It was so nice , modern, very clean and convenient! The staff was Amazingly professional, and friendly!!! I would recommend this Hotel to Everyone!!!

I loved everything about it!!! There was absolutely nothing about it that I didn’t like.
