Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Arlington

The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. On our first night there, we had no hot water, but the next morning we did, and then later that night we were without hot water again. They let us use another room so we could shower and even told us we could move into that room without charge. On top of that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast, which unfortunately we did not use. But, they really did care about our needs and did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. The location was excellent! We were right across the highway from Six Flags, which was our primary destination. Not even a 3 minute drive with traffic! The beds and pillows were comfy, and the room was adequate for our needs. The whole hotel was clean and smelled nice. I will definitely stay there again!

The only hassle was not having hot water when we needed it, but the issue was rectified.

The staff were all excellent-very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.Close to some restaurants and the cowboys stadium. The breakfast was very good , however an extra charge. We also enjoyed the little bar area. It was a nice meeting spot at the end of the day.

The water temperature in our shower was impossible to regulate. Either scalding hot or cold. We had 3 rooms -in 2 the rooms were cold and hard to adjust the heater unit. In our room the heater unit did not work at all. When we booked our rooms from Booking.com we chose to add the breakfast fee. Upon checking in the front desk said that “they don’t do that” and it did not show we payed extra. They did give us vouchers for the breakfast however as it was listed on my receipt from booking.com

Large room clean towels and plenty of towels, quiet, very relaxing

The price reflects price without a breakfast included. Or it goes up if you want the breakfast. Should just offer free to every guest. I can only eat a piece of fruit and bagel, I don't want to pay up to 12$ for just that .

It was a very clean motel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

For the price breakfast should have been included. Also, the neck of the bathroom sink faucet was so short it could not be used without getting water all over the bathroom counter.

Everyone was very helpful, especially Alex (he deserves a raise). The room was comfortable with a relaxing bed and nice blankets. The shower was great. Also, there was a surprisingly good selection of draft beers.

Due to the ice storm, food was in short supply and staff were overwhelmed. Coffee wasn't the best.

The room was so clean, very spacious and furnished beautifully. We actually enjoyed spending time in the room. Loved the location of our room - first floor and near an entrance so quick to come and go. We were also able to park right outside our window. Overnight was very quiet despite the fact that we were near a main entrance. Staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely happy. We will definitely consider a Hilton property again when we travel.

Pool and pool area not as spacious and appealing as portrayed in the online pictures In bathroom, towel bar / rack were positioned inside the actual shower so towels had to be moved prior to showering to keep them dry.

Very nice facility. Location was amazing. The trolley was so convenient to go to a baseball game.

The price I was quoted for the room was not even a number on the final bill. It was actually a 100$ more. The amount I was quoted and the final bill was very deceiving. I didn’t even buy extras except for using the Trolley services.

The hotel was quiet and attractive. The room was clean and comfortable Housekeeping took out the trash and replaced the towels each day which does not always happen at other hotels. It was greatly appreciated.

Everyone was very friendly and took care of everything. Pool and spa we're awesome,room spotless, breakfast the next morning was delicious. Everything was great.

Everything was perfect. I can't complain about anything.

Ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. Wifi sucked a little bit. Depending on where you are in the building. I'm from Georgia so I like grits. No grits for breakfast killed the breakfast for me. The biscuits were TERRIBLY hard.
