SpringHill Suites Dallas Arlington North

The staff were very professional and helpful at all times. They were willing to accommodate when requests were made. I love the quiet hours put in place. I didn’t have to worry about late night noise next door or kids running around above our room. We relocated to the 3rd floor the second night to avoid noise above. Non smoking rooms are great as well. I cherish my lungs.

Broken or missing items in room. No phone, a night light missing, water leaking under AC (carpet wet), refrigerator door shelves missing, TV loose on wall (couldn’t adjust position) and hot in the hallways.

Property was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds and a great, roomy shower.

The booking.com site stated that there was a kitchenette in our room. There most definitely was NOT. We went down to the front desk thinking we had been put in a wrong room and the worker told us that it happens often, and they aren’t sure why they advertise it that way since NONE of the rooms have one at this hotel. There was a tiny mini fridge, not even the dorm room sized ones.

Location near the ballpark, large suites for our family, beds were comfortable, everything was clean.

Air conditioner had great difficulty in cooling the room in hundred degree heat. Our tv remote did not work. We called twice and both time the front seat said someone would be up in a few minutes. They never came. We were never able to even turn the TV on while there. Breakfast was very subpar.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything we were there to do.

You had to ask to have your room cleaned daily. We had to put our trash and towels outside our rooms then get clean towels and trash bags at the front desk.

The breakfast was really good. I really like the fact that the staff actually ate what they cooked. It felt like a family atmosphere. I also like that they accommodated me on my late checkout when I asked even though I ended up not using it. The manager didn’t hesitate to help.

They are under construction so the gym and laundromat was down but they had other accommodations in place for that as well but it just wasn’t as convenient because it wasn’t in the same building. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date. It was nice.

Super close to all the Downtown attractions.

Weird room layout.

Definitely, with an absolute certainty, this is the best hotel in all of Arlington. It’s especially family friendly! My family traveled to visit six flags. The hotel was so close to the parks too, that was a plus. PLEASE Believe the hype about the breakfast! We all filled up nicely and the food was delicious! Beds are very comfortable and the room was spotless. The best part by far was THE STAFF! Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable. Peace and blessings continuously to you all! Ase’

There was a front receptionist that was rude to another person while i was checking in. I believe her name was Erin little skinny white girl. She spoke very loud to the person who was concerned about her phone that was lost. Customer service is a hard job but speaking to the customers is ALSO important no matter how inconvenient the situation is you always have to make the customer feel comfortable. I hope this gets looked into.

The location was perfect. It’s across the street from Hurricane Harbor and maybe 15 minutes, with traffic, to Epic Waters. Plenty of food choices within minutes of the hotel. Room was great! Had two TVs and they had Netflix on the TV already, so the kids could watch anything. Great experience!

Everything was great. Due to Covid, room service didn’t clean daily but the staff was happy to restock any items we needed.

Staff was super friendly especially the breakfast folks! Location, staff and breakfast were amazing!

Saturday morning very early the construction folks were working on the room under ours with their music cranked up hammering and banging away...this wasn't pleasant as we'd looked forward to sleeping in while away from home. Also there is no info sheet inside the room with important info such as which wifi to use and how to log in - breakfast hours and location of ice.
