Sheraton Arlington Hotel

The staff was very friendly. We had a problem with the blinds in the room when we arrived. Cal arrived at our room and was over the top friendly and efficient. He fixed the problem very fast while apologizing on behalf of the hotel for the inconvenience. Cal gave us access to the lounge for our troubles. We visited the lounge on the 18th floor for breakfast on Friday morning. Barbara was the most friendly, interactive and provided great service. Knowing the Sheraton has people like Cal and Barbara working there is the reason we would recommend and stay at the Sheraton again when we revisit Arlington.

The only problem we had was not very much sleep due to the elevator. We were in the closet room right out of the elevator and could hear it all night. The clanking of it going up and down was very loud.

Breakfast was amazing, orange juice was the best part. The view of the stadiums and six flags parks. The pillows were comfortable unlike most hotels. Employees were smiling and polite, had answers for my questions.

The bar opening at 3pm on football Sunday. Having to call the hotel to request room being cleaned, new towels. That did slip our minds to call, be easier if it was a requirement to clean, new towels instead of us having to remember to call and ask before 1pm. If we are having excitement and fun, we will forget and won’t have new fresh towels for a shower.

The location, location, location...perfect for getting to the stadium, six flags, and any other tourist attraction near by.

Elevators were not dependable. There was one day/time when only one was working which created a good sized line to get on. The room we had didn't have any chairs, with the exception of the desk chair, to sit around the table. This made it a bit uncomfortable to eat breakfast.

The hotel is nice. Our room was a little under the weather. The carpet is pulled in many places the smell of marijuana lingered from other guest or someone on the same floor- not 100% sure. Overall, it was nice, comfortable and quiet. It is close to all sport things and great resturants which we enjoyed on our short visit.

The smell was very unpleasant. The pool and hot tub were terribly dirty, filled with leaves and mold.

Close to the AT&T Stadium. We walked from the hotel to the stadium.

There wasn’t any towel bars so we had nowhere to hang our wash cloths or wet towels. just one hook on the door. The hot water took about 10 minutes before it got hot but it was super hot once it warmed up just took awhile. lastly, the heat didn’t work. It only blew cool air so we had to shut it off. I called and was told an engineer would come up but they never did.

It is located near the Tx Rangers ballpark and the Trolley made it very convenient to get to and from even in 108 temps. I stayed her a few years back. It's certainly cleaner and nice now.

Price was high, but likely driven up by the winning Rangers and the concert at the other park. Rooms are smallish as it's an older building, bathroom very small. But overall great experience.

I picked the hotel because of its proximity to Globe Life Field, and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the stadium and surrounding restaurants. The room was nice, and the bed/pillows were so comfortable which made for a great night sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was excellent, and prices were reasonable.

First time staying in a Sheraton and this was by far the best experience!! Everything was exceptional from the check in to the breakfast you got to chose from a menu and have served to your room to the checkout. The only persons name I can remember is Precious mainly cause she was the one that served our breakfast and also the one that made my day with a Starbucks before we left. Thank you guys for the amazing stay!!!

I really liked the Starbucks and store inside the hotel. A good place for last minute souvenirs. We used the pool and spa. Water was very cold but would be refreshing on a super hot day. Spa was small and looked like it needed some updating/maintenance. Room was clean, bed was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The spa needs updating and the pool water was very cold. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

A lot of attractions are within walking distance. The Texas Rangers baseball parks and Six Flags are just around the corner. It's a beautiful area for jogging and just walking around. The hotel plays a kid-friendly movie out at the pool in the evening sometimes, only in the summer I think. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel. We've only ever had breakfast at the restaurant but the food is good and it's convenient, which helps get your day started early!

I like everything about this hotel. I can not really think of anything I dislike. A BAR AT THE POOL AREA WOULD BE NICE! We will choose to stay here every time we are in Arlington!
