Homewood Suites TechRidge Parmer @ I-35

Friendly and accommodating staff who couldn't do enough to help us. Fantastic pool area which was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, waffles, fruit etc. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Well equipped and clean gym. The managers special on Tuesdays to Thursdays offered a selection of free snacks and drinks. Having stayed at numerous Homewood Suites over the years, this is by far the best in the group (this is our third stay!)

The location its fantastic and Breakfast is wonderful, every day is something different. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back,

The condition of the pool chairs some are broken and that the room I have was suppose to fit 4 people only have 3 towels and I had to go to the front desk to get the extra one. Same for the sleep sofa the sheets and pillows needed to be request and picked at the front desk. It would be better and convenient if they were on the room.

The first thing i liked about the hotel is that it was clean and nice when we walked into the lobby. Wifi and Breakfast is included and breakfast was over by 10ish so you dont have to wake up and eat so early. The pool was nice, they had an outside play area as well but it was too hot haha. The art and decor and waterfall was a nice touch once we walked in. We were greeted and check in was easy and fast. We really liked how you had to use your room key to go up and down the elevator. Made us feel safe. I liked that the highways were nearby and it convenient to not have to drive far. There is an HEB across the street and a plaza nearby with restaurant's and fast food. The staff was very friendly . THE ROOM was nice, had a decent sized kitchen for a hotel/suite.. The shower was very spacious and room was clean.

Not sure if it was just our room but I felt hot throughout the room. We had the AC on 66 and made sure the settings were correct. I've stayed in other hotels and it gets pretty cold in the rooms. The King sized bed was nice as well however it felt more on the rougher side. At my pervious stay in Austin we stayed at nearby hotel and the King bed felt more "cloud" like there.

Everything was so comfortable. The suite was very nice. The staff was amazing. We liked that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toiletries were included in our stay; we were so tired from the drive and car troubles we completely forgot to buy our own, the hotel was a blessing

There was only one issue the shampoo bottle that was attached in the bath fell off, but it did not change or mind that we made the right decision in our stay

Good Hotel with clean rooms an public spaces - Friendly staff - easy parking.

Forgettable Breakfast - Questionable Lobby Decor - Not offensive but weird and in poor taste. Exterior design and materials used look very cheap (Corrugated cheap metal ) - did not convey or further the usual higher quality image of a Homewood Suites property. We have stayed in hundreds if not thousands of Hotels world wide and have never ONCE encountered the sort of Room number hall signs (directing us to our room) we found at this Hotel - confusing and with arrows pointing to the floor and missing Room number continuity or direction. Not to mention - hall signs NOT visible upon exiting the elevator. Findin our room in this HUGE footprint of a Hotel was confusing and time consuming. When one is tired - who needs to be misdirected ? WE did not get it.

Location of this hotel is very convenient. The hotel is clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly. Room was beyond my expectation. Very spacious and comfortable.

I saw nothing that I did not like.

Little choice at breakfast compared to other hotels we stayed in this tour. However the evening reception with food and drink was a nice bonus.

The pool is amazing they have gas grills available to use free breakfast in the morning and not just cereal and muffins but actual food! The employees are always super nice and the girls at the front are amazing and always make us feel welcome! This is our 2nd time here and we will be back!

There are a few bugs in the pool but idk if that’s really something they can prevent.

I enjoyed the large space of our 2 Queen Bed Studio Room. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Other than our issue with the dishes and sofa bed, the facilities were fairly clean. Travis was extremely nice and showed promptness and flexibility with our 2 requests during the stay. The location is also not too bad, especially if traveling with your pet. Far enough from the noise of the city, but still surrounded by a wide selection of department stores and H-E-B is right across the road. The hotel is on a large property, so outdoor space is pretty plentiful if you have a pet that is picky about where they decide to use the restroom. Would definitely come back.

The only negative I have to mention about our stay is that the dishes may have not been cycled through the dishwasher prior to our arrival. On the 2nd day of our stay, what we thought were clean utensils happened to be surrounded by bowls and dishes that still had foodstuffs on them. With COVID and of course other illnesses, we left concerned for our health. As I write this over a week after our visit, fortunately no one has fallen ill. The sofa bed (which was going to be used) was carefully placed back into the sofa as the mattress had several stains. We were not sure if they were blood or wine stains, but it certainly had large stains all over the mattress.
