The Westin Austin at The Domain

We definitely enjoyed the location for shopping and dining. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Cap City Comedy club in the Domain. We enjoyed our breakfast dining experience. The staff at the American grill were very open and cheerful and didn't have any problems to making changes go the menu.

I'm a dog lover, however, its a upscale hotel and viewing dogs relieving themselves on the property was something people might not like viewing. Perhaps the construction of a dog park should be addressed.

The lobby was so unusual as well as inviting! we loved the cocktail bar and gathering seatings that engaged our attention immediately … inviting us to sit and visit and enjoy other guests in the beautiful contemporary ambiance. TRULY ENJOYABLE. engaged with many of the guests who thought so, too.

Everything was wonderful. My favorite this was that the staff was willing to give suggestions about where to take our dogs. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Austin.

The only thing we wish there was, was a stair case that we could have gotten back into the building after walking our dogs. But I know this is for security so it wasn't even that major of an inconvenience.

We love it here, it was our second time coming and we will likely be back, just as exceptional as before! Great area, good price, good service, and great accommodations! The bed was so comfortable and the shower and bathroom are super nice, the tv also hooks up to your phone easily and we’ve never had any issues, A+!

We meant to try the food and drink this time around but we never got to it! Next time for sure:), same with the pool and hot tub. Wish we had gotten a slightly better view but that’s not important, all around we loved it!

The floor we were on was a little loud however I believe some one may have been having a birthday celebration there. Other than that it was clean as usual and everyone was so kind and helpful. One of my favorite places to say

This hotel is outstanding, i travel a lot to Austin for work and i stayed in different hotels nearby but i didn't in this one. For now on this will be my hotel forever ! Super clean, beautiful rooms, front desk guy is amazing, i requested late checkout most of hotels say if you are not member you can't, this guy said "not a problem sr" in 2 seconds... loved his customer service and attention to details, bar and restaurant are awesome, social distancing, beautiful and safe area, bed is like sleep in a cloud, price is super fair compared to other hotels nearby they are good but not this good.

First time i don't have anything bad to say about a hotel

I had to leave early the next morning around 6:45am. I thought the fruit was free with the breakfast. Only want a apple & banana so had to pay. No big deal.

More parking and provide shuttle service. Within a 1 mile radius.

Party of 7. Part of group did not receive all of their breakfast. Our steel oatmeal was cold. Service was questionable. More tables to serve then waitresses. Will not eat breakfast again.

The Westin is right in the heart of all things at The Domain. You can easily walk to every restaurant and/or store. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

This was a great location, very nice place Lots of shopping, restaurants, bars, snacks all in walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants at the hotel has great choices and the availability of breakfast is an added bonus
