The staff and mostly everything about the place. Beds were insanely comfortable. Relatively quite for being directly off the highway.
Bathroom door was broken, the table between the beds wasn't attached to the wall, difficult to turn and keep headboard lights on and phone would disconnect.

Everything was clean and comfy. Did have to get toilet paper and comforter from front desk. But other than that it was quiet and comfortable.
Took a while to get lights by bed on and then one of them was out. So not as much light around the bed area. Had to crack the curtain to see.

Great staff. And fulfilled request for downstairs facing parking lot due to work truck. Will keep coming here for sure.
Better security last visit security was visible don't know who y'all got now but need to bring back old security guards they were at least seen around property.

The Lady at the front desk Mrs. Nancy is very sweet and helpful. My check in went smooth with no problems thanks to her.. Also I like Quadruple premium room they the best room to reserve when staying here

The smell of the room had a lingering cigarette stench. Not enough mirrors. Small shower space. The bed sheets did not smell clean.
