Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin NW near The Domain

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We had a one year old with us and got a one bedroom suite in order to have some sort of separation so all of us could sleep in peace. Very roomy, dishes/washer available, and a large bathroom! The breakfast was exceptional and had lots of variety - perfect to fill up a one year old who needs a “sampler tray” of food to fill up! The waffles were fluffy and tender, there was always a protein (usually a sausage), and then we had breakfast potatoes or French toast sticks. There was also fresh coffee (nice and bold - not watery!), cereals, breads, and lots of drink options. Check in and check out was smooth, we got an extra blanket to our room in less than 15 m of asking, and housekeeping was friendly. The area was close to everything we needed. If we’re back in the area, we plan to stay here again! Oh, and the beds were to-die-for comfortable. TV had lots of great channels! ESPN was a hit with the husband.

The staff was so sweet! Alex was really friendly and super helpful our first night and so was Carolina (I think that’s spelled right!) she was also very kid with the kids and helpful when checking out! The pool was nice the room had great space and just enough kitchen items we needed to make dinner! The location is great your bit far from down town but far enough that your close to grow dry stores and anything else you might need. We stayed at the Hyatt down town our first night but wish we would have stayed here the whole visit! My self 2- 15 year olds a 6 year old and 18 month old. It was so nice to be able to lay the baby down and close the doors so she could have some quiet while the rest of us play games! We will for sure be staying here again!

I liked the location and the seclusion the hotel had although it it was only minutes away from shopping areas. They have a awesome staff particularly their manager Alex (I believe ) who was very friendly,accommodating,informative and helpful. He greeted us and other guest daily as we left and returned which adds to the “home” feel.

Of course with the COVID restrictions that are in place you would have to request room service and any extra accommodations that may be needed.

The manager of the hotel was amazing. Our room was super hot when first arriving and he took time to come down to the room and even walked outside to the ac unit in the bushes to fix the issue ! The breakfast served was great! The room was large spacious and full of everything you need for a long term stay. I would visit Austin again just to stay at this Hotel again.

Need a quiet SOLO getaway? STAY HERE! Clean, sanitized, beautiful room! Hot shower & fluffy towels! 2 tvs in room! Staff is super friendly & helpful! I never heard a sound from my room or from pool…super quiet location, but located near EVERYTHING you desire! Loved ever moment & hate to leave😥

Firm mattress

Really, this is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The customer service is amazing, the location is super convenient, great places to walk the dogs, and really good breakfast (Compared to what others are serving, especially after Covid). The staff will truly go out of their way to make your stay amazing.

Honestly, the only suggestion that I would make is changing the bedding that they use. Many times during the night we would wake up with a fitted sheets come undone. I think they are just too small for the bed. The top comforter thing is not the best either, so I would change what they’re using. But overall I would definitely, without a doubt, stay in this location. In fact we have another stay scheduled in a few weeks

Jennifer, Alec, and another front desk woman were attentive, efficient, and just plain joyful to be working their jobs very well! The housekeeping was helpful, too. Took our trash when we placed outside of our room. The mini tea/water station in the lobby was great, too. The late checkout (without asking) was a nice surprise. The hot breakfast was awesome - hot oatmeal, toast, three different juices, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausages, hash browns, several cold cereal choices...what a menu! Made our stay that much more enjoyable! From Hawaii, with love 💛⭐

There was nothing to complain about. From check-in to check-out, everything went smooth.

Convenient, attractive & clean. Near my daughter’s house and the breakfast is amazing! Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

A little tricky finding it.

Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, sweet rolls, bagels, yoghurt, cereal, juices, coffee.

it was good the way it was

The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth, helped get me a cart and offered my pup a treat. The room was clean and large size. Bed was a little hard but fine for me, pillows were soft. I always like having a kitchen for option to cook small meals. Shower temp and pressure we're good. Breakfast had a decent variety. Location was right near domain and only 15 or so min to downtown Austin.

Only problem was how loud the plumbing was, you could hear the pipes when anyone above or even next to you used them.
