Embassy Suites By Hilton College Station

The staff was amazing. Our bartender, I can't remember his name, was a really nice guy. Extremely attentive and very nice. The gym was clean, but the treadmill tread was slipping at a slower pace, which if someone didn't have great balance or a strong core, could be dangerous. The AC in our room was REALLY loud. I had a hard time falling asleep. Breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast looked great. I didnt really have time to sit and enjoy it. Just grabbed something to go. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Room was nice and well planned out.

Check in at 4 pm. My room was not ready until 3:45 pm. All the rest of the rooms with my party and were on same floor were ready at 2 pm. Reception from 5:30 to 7 pm was nice, but for non-alcoholics we were looking for snacks. Didnt see any until very end. Heater in room was loud and would not cut off if thermostat was set to over 70. Had to turn TV way up to hear due to fan noise from heater.

The property was centrally located to the park where the tournament took place. Got caught in URI/VIOLA snow storm in Feb 2021. The Embassy Suites staff went above and beyond in tending to our needs during the snow storm. All of the staff were attentive , profesional and courteous. I never saw anyone loose their cool during the madness of this snow storm. Luckily, the hotel had a back up generator that ran very approximately 30-40 minutes. We maintained our heat and ate breakfast and food at the facility. Considering our circumstances and the weather the experience was awesome as we had each other. Rooms were well suited for family of 4. Rooms were clean and maintained despite the storm. This was during Covid so our rooms were not cleaned on daily basis but Housekeeping staff made sure we had sufficient towels and trash bags etc Front desk , housekeeping staff, social hour staff, maintenance and kitchen staff were all AWESOME!!! EMBASSY Staff : Henna, Devyn, Devin, Hailey , Luz, Craig, Amelia and Housekeeping and maintenance staff THANK YOU! You made the trip and stay bearable during snow storm.

No daily cleaning, but understood as it was during Covid. Pipe burst in city so towels were in high demand. Luckily house keeping had previously given us extra towels when we asked night before pipe burst.

The facilities are nice. Pillows are comfortable. Breakfast had several options: oatmeal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit, waffles, toast, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs and an omelet station. They also had almond and soy milk which I appreciated.

We had room service for dinner. We ordered around 7:15pm and had it delivered to our room around 8:50pm.

Check In had a long lone. Some guy walked up and pretended to asks question and cut in fro t of everybody staff should be trained to be diplomatic and ask the person to get in line. Instead the desk clerk just let him cut in front of everyone.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it truly is our go-to while in College Station. You can tell they are making an effort where Covid is concerned. They have made modifications and are still doing the evening receptions and the amazing breakfast. The omelets are still on point. All staff is friendly and want you to be happy.

I do have to say this is the dirtiest we have ever seen our room upon check in. There were food crumbs on the sofa, the refrigerator needs a good wiped down and the restroom needs some attention. The dark colored doors were not wiped down, neither were the handles. There was hair of all kinds in the tub, on the shower curtain and on the floor. I’m not sure what happened because the rooms are usually impeccable.

We really liked the room, it was on the seventh floor, we were quiet and very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly.

We went for breakfast around 10am. We would have expected someone to help us find a table and if there wasn't at that time, someone would take care of us. When we finally found an empty one, it was dirty. To the person we kindly asked to clean it for us, first she just put some glasses (which I don't consider to be more urgent or important) before cleaning the table (two adults and three little girls) The 2% low milk was gone and so was the orange juice.

Debbie and Johnathon were great. Breakfast was also great, and they had good options for lunch and dinner. The free drinks from 5-7 were also a nice addition on top.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is good. Hotel is clean and modern as expected. Room is wonderful as well. Staff is friendly. Evening happy hour was great. I stay here often.

The room was spacious and well organized. having the extra sink was so convenient. Staff was terrific. amazing breakfast was included

we happened to have a terrible view out our windows but it happened to be a very rainy cold day so it did not matter
