Hampton Inn & Suites College Station

Great location

The front desk. Had a question at check out and waited for attendant for 20 minutes and no one showed. We had to leave. Came back later and try again and still no one available. Gentlemen in front of me said he had been there for 20 minutes. Finally got someone out of a office and told them what was going on. I gave up because they couldn’t help. We had a 4 hour drive so we left. That’s why the low review on staff. Everyone else was great.

I want to particularly mention the 2 women staff members who were at the front desk. We arrived early, for check in and were very tired and hot. Our rooms were not ready, but Janie(?) said we could wait in the lobby, which was a very pleasant area in which to stay! She was in general very helpful while we waited. In addition during our stay, another employee (or maybe manager) was always very helpful with a few things ; even though she had worked 2 16 hour shifts while were there. She was as pleasant to guests in the a.m as she was the night before when we saw her! Unfortunately I do not know her name.

Everything was generally just fine....including the breakfast served , which helps to have when traveling,

The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was very spacious and had a very cold a/c which was excellent for this Texas heat. The staff was very friendly from the check in to the checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here because the location was very convenient to everything you needed

The breakfast was horrible. Coffee was ice cold, and tasted like water, no coffee flavor. Asked for a certain cereal to be refilled and it never was… waited 30 mins before eggs were refilled.

our sheets had a stain on them. we arrived upper late so I couldn’t have them change them that night and then next day when I told the staff they said they would someone came change them. well they didn’t change them, they put the new sheets on the tv stand so that I would change them myself.

Staff very pleasant and helpful-everyone. Location was satisfactory. Room was clean & comfortable.

Breakfast-standard hotel fare, nothing special, just OK. Eggs were edible and OK, but not real tasty. Breakfast area was clean and pleasant.

The location of this hotel was my favorite. It was just minutes from my work location, which I thoroughly enjoy. The room itself was fantastic. The bed was nice and soft, the bathrooms were clean, and all of the other amenities were good as well. I shall be returning to this hotel in the future.

pool could have been attended to better. i had to net it out so we could swim. toilets are very short, i have knee problems and getting up and down was VERY hard!!!!!!!

Location. Not too fancy (which I feel would have been unnecessary).

About as expected. Could have used a little more clean up as people left their tables. Hot water in shower but No Hot Water in sink.

Everything was good. Nice staff, rooms are clean, breakfast is good.

Parking lot space not great it could have a little more space to park. Other than that is was great.
