Homewood Suites by Hilton Irving-DFW Airport

Size of the Apartment was perfect and having two full bathrooms was a huge bonus allowing us all space to get ready for an early Airport departure which was provided by the hotel - they also arranged a pick up from the airport after dropping off a rental car. Breakfast was awesome.

Price was highest we had paid for similar properties but booked late and taxes were very high because of airport location. No eating options nearby had to get an Uber to find dinner.

beautiful property and clean fresh rooms. enjoyed stay. staff were helpful and I got great rest after flying all day and having a cancelled connection flight.

the airport shuttle was down, they said a Lyft was coming instead and ordered for 730am for me. at 745 I went in and they had no idea where Lyft was or what to do and continued to ignore questions. my plane departed at 833. I had to call my Uber and paid 28 dollars after picking homewood due to them having a shuttle

If airport proximity is what you're looking for, this is the place. Major shopping and restaurants are available less than 20 minutes away. I love the kitchen.

I miss housekeeping coming through every day. One of the elevators was out of order but the notice was only placed on the doors on the first floor.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff and the guard were polite and helpful, even though we arrived late. They arranged an early morning taxi to the airport.

It was very close to the airport which I spent three night in order to take my international flight. The stay was nice and worth the money. I simply chose the place simply I consider the hilton did better on disinfection among the same level brands.

I would say they could provide a larger trash bin.

Ease of check in and Michael was exceptional. Upon initial check in, the first room had trash left in it and there is trash in the hallway that smelled atrocious, he upgraded our room and was absolutely kind and caring about the situation.

My family of 5s flight was cancelled and we stayed here unexpectedly for the evening with none of our belongings. The front desk woman on the evening of 8/3/21 was so helpful finding us food to order and toiletries. It really salvaged a stressful situation. Close to airport, breakfast was great.

They ended upgrading our room because they didn’t have the one we booked available. It was an incredible upgrade. It really elevated our trip and made it even better.

There was nothing I didn’t like

It’s was nice and clean.

I was charged more than what was listed on my booking email and when I told the front desk he explained it was for incidentals although when I booked through booking it said no surprise fees.

I loved the rooms and how clean it was. It was very comfortable and convenient.

I know because of Covid, the breakfast is downsized but I don’t think you should be allowed to claim to have breakfast included when yogurt and a couple other small Items were the only thing offered.
