They don't offer an airport shuttle

Spotlessly clean with a fresh clean smell. The grab-and-go breakfast—if you had to leave before breakfast was served—was more than we expected. It included an orange (well, a clementine, but orange-like), a small muffin, a granola bar, and a fig bar. Coffee was also available. Comfortable room with a sofa, chair, and desk. Great bed. The woman at the front desk suggested a nearby restaurant for us, and we had one of the best meals of the entire week we were in Texas. Kudos to her for sure.

Nothing. We weren’t there long—just overnight before an early morning flight—but we couldn’t find anything that wasn’t great.

Quite good. I only got bacon once but you get fresh eggs every morning not egg powder. The patty was always fresh and seasoned nicely. The bread selection was nice and the muffins are heavenly. Eggs are fried a la carte. The rooms got tempered windows so you don't hear noise from outside, even the planes.

The reception looks quite dated, perhaps it's because it was during Halloween.

From check in to check out, the was a most excellent experience. The front desk staff did an excellent at looking our for our best interest. The immediate appearance of the hotel was wonderful. Our room was extremely nice and comfortable We had a cooked to order breakfast by an excellent lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in leisure. Though we did not use the pool and hot tub ( it was too cold), they were beautiful. Check out was efficient with our receipt being emailed to us. I encourage anyone staying in the DFW area, if for just one night, go to this property. You will be most pleased.

Everything in this property was excellent. No problems. EXCELLENT, EXCELENT, EXCELLENT! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this property.

Very clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious. In room coffee.

On the weekends breakfast doesn't open until 7am, which seems late. Can hear the highway, but it isn't deafening; I slept great! Main complaint: this place should definitely have an airport shuttle. Ended up spending about 45$ more for my stay because I had to uber from and back to the airport.

One night accomodation close to the airport - very friendly personell, huge room, comfortable bed and the lemon soap was lovely :)

The hotel does not offer airport shuttle, but they are very fair to inform about it before and also twice after the booking. UBER to the airport was 33 USD, still fair price together, as a nice breakfast was included.

The day manager was absolutely wonderful, super helpful woman. I was glad there were laundry facilities and a pool. My coffee maker did not have a coffee pot, but I was able to get coffee downstairs no problem, and I'm sure if I would have asked for a pot they would have given me one.

Due to the location, there were no stores nearby. Had to Lyft to CVS and Walmart which was kind of pricey.

The pool was kept clean. Housekeeping was very attentive when cleaning the rooms

1 night the hot tub drained on its own. Told the front desk and they got it fixed by the next afternoon though

The room was spacious and had a living room and bedroom. The staff was helpful and courteous and very nice. The breakfast was great and they cooked the eggs to order as well as sausage. We loved it!

The bathroom was too small. The door interfered with the toilet and the shower sprayed water all.over the floor despite trying to use the shower curtain. A pocket door would be better in this case.

#1. I have still YET to get my deposit back for the room. It is been eight days and my bank is saying that you have not finalized my charges. WTH?! #2. The little short purpled haired lady that was working when I checked in needs some lessons on hospitality and several other things. She was very disrespectful and seemed to be going about 100 mph ALL over the place.
