Would not take the booking.com confirmation number and pin. Ask me to cancel the reservation so she could stay there. Said I couldn't cancel the room without paying $400.00 plus a penalty. So I had to book the room the hotel and manager documented and hopefully, you did not charge me. If so please refund the fee, for failure to reserve the room. Can send you the receipt where I paid for the room.

Easy to find the shuttle at the airport and early availability to return the next morning. Nice and clean hotel, very polite staff, will definitely return soon. Thank you!

Service at the bar was unfortunately a very long wait which took more than 25 minutes before being able to talk with the waiter and took another 30 minutes to be able to order some food at the Whiskey Taco Bar. An unexpectedly complementary drink from the overloaded server reloaded my satisfaction for the best. Thank you!

Room was clean and quiet

Only 1 staff at desk with multiple delayed travelers coming in from the airport. She was friendly and helpful but overwhelmed. When I left on the 630 am shuttle, no one at the desk. She was on the phone in the back. Left a note with my room keys. There were too many people for the shuttle which I found interesting was serving the Sheraton (marriott chain) and the Double tree (Hilton chain)

I hadn't planned on staying in Dallas but my son's flight got cancelled and we wanted something close to airport. The hotel was amazing and the shuttle to airport in the morning was a bonus so I didn't have to fight traffic. All staff were SO friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

I really can't think of anything. It was an enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again!

The desk clerk "Eugene" was superb. Even 3 days later he still waved and said Hi. Brought maintenance to my room to turn on Closed Captioning on the tv. Got me extra cream and sugar for my coffee. Eugene was the best thing that happened because I hate flying and was so tense when I got there. Breakfast was not so hot. Pre scrambled eggs for a plastic carton just don't do it for me.

Microwave and refrigerator would have been great. had to go to another floor to get ice and use microwave Even though there was one on my floor it didn't work.

I liked the attached restaurant and the shuttle service to the hotel when there are more than one shuttle. The bed was comfortable. The distance to airport is good as well as the distance to food and the grapevine mills mall is good too.

No trash bag in the trash can. Hair on the ceiling of the bathroom. I don't know how or why it got up there but it was. Considering we came from a 4.5 star hotel in CO I expected a 4 star hotel to compare. I spent just as much on Sheraton as I did the one in CO and the difference is significant. I'd say this is probably I 3-3.5 star. The restaurant was good. Their hours online aren't accurate so call the front desk to make sure they are open. The morning we left there was only on shuttle running back and forth. We were I formed they was a shuttle every hour on the hour. Ended up just ubering to make sure we got to the airport in time.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Shuttle to and from the airport was timely and efficient. All staff interactions (front desk, bartenders, breakfast and shuttle drivers) were outstanding. Extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and lots of smiles.

A late night kitchen option would have been great.

The property was great. It was clean, well maintained and updated. The staff at this hotel is the best. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were stuck in Dallas. We got to the hotel after 11:00 pm. The front desk employees were professional, helpful, and very kind. There were a lot of people coming in at once due to flight cancellations and I was impressed with how they stayed calm and professional during what seemed to be a chaotic time. Also, I was grateful for the free shuttle service this hotel provides.

Friendly and efficient staff makes a huge difference in any hotel stay. My wife and I thought Rialuca at the front desk and Izzy at the bar/restaurant were personable, knowledgeable, and service oriented! Thanks to you both!!

This hotel was a lovely treat after I unexpectedly got stuck in Dallas due to poor weather. The hotel smelt beautiful when I walked in, the staff were exceptional, friendly yet professional. The room was nice and roomy and the breakfast was great. The shuttle to the airport was really helpful also.
