Executive Residency by Best Western Corpus Christi

The place was decorated so cute with bright colors and very clean. I liked the fancy coffee machine.

When we got to our room, the extra lock was broken, and we called the front desk to report the problem. The maintenance man came immediately to check on it and said he would be back. We decided to use that time to run to get something to eat, so we were gone over 2 hours. When we got back to assumed it was fixed or we would have been notified. But it wasn't fixed, so we had to call the front desk again and they had no update. We were quite annoyed that we had to follow up and asked to move rooms. They were able to accommodate us with the new room right away.

Loved our stay, everything was very clean and very comfortable and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The stay was perfect except for the parking! They need more parking space or they need to enforce one parking space per vehicle, since several vehicles take up to 4 parking spaces because of jet ski or small trailers. I had to park near the fire lane and I spoke to the lady in front desk and she stated that it was ok and not to worry.

It is a great value for this money. It is a hotel near a highway: you cannot expect a fantastic view from the window or the SPA center. But it has everything that you need to spend there night or two. The beds are comfy with 4 pillows and a good mattress, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is fresh but relatively simple. Why wouldn't you add some sauces, preserved fruits, Nutella? The products for breakfast are the cheapest, which makes pastries taste like a plasticineю

Easy access. Breakfast was good. Clean and open feeling in lobby. Bathrooms very clean. Lighting was good and TV service was more than adequate.

Greeting was a bit less than desirable. Parking was odd. Had to park around the building where it seemed not as safe.

Everything was great the room, staff and the breakfast were excellent. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and accommodating. Once again we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

No complaints. The only bad thing was a power outage, but that was not the hotel's fualt, it was due to a car accident that knocked out a transformer. The second unforeseen event was the fire alarm going off at 5 am , but that was also not the hotel's fault, it was rather reassuring that that system was working effectively.All was above and beyond the best of expectations. The room was very clean and very spacious for an ADA accessible type of room.

Property was very clean, staff was friendly at check in, breakfast was well stocked constantly by a staff member. The pool was nice and cold! Pool towels provided by pool also. Room was clean and well stocked with anything we needed for kitchen/ cooking use. Our kids asked us to book this Hotel again for our next beach trip!

Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in our travels this year. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for a Corpus Christi stay. The room had everything we needed and then some. The walk-in shower was a real plus.

There is very little to complain about. I wish there had been Stevia packets along with sugar, etc. The Omelet was great. I wish it had been available daily. The only other thing I might mention is having more low calorie snacks and frozen foods in the little shop.

the rooms looked like the site states. the pool was awesome. breakfast was good the staff was friendly.

the housekeeping could’ve been a little better. they came the second morning but we were in the room I had to ask what I needed to be taken, the trash and dirty towels and she didn’t sweep or vacuum up like I thought she would do the floor was uncomfortable after that

Breakfast ends at 9 a.m. No seating for breakfast because most people don't wake up at 6 to go for breakfast but later. Maybe having breakfast time till 10 would be more accommodating. Also the A/C unit us very loud , easy to hear highway traffic and roo much light from thermostat and under the door is entering . Pillows could bw little more comfortable. Otherwise everything else was good.

It was very clean, spacious,and a nice kitchen area with actual pans, cups, dishes, and silverware.

The shower didn't have cold water and the shower head spray is not great. I felt like I had to move around the area to make sure I got all the shampoo out of my hair.
