I didn't like the room status of cleaning, the carpet was to dirty, of the hotel it's pet friendly, the hotel need to increase the carpet washing, it is not confortable watching maps on the carpet; besides the air conditioning need maintenance, not only in the functioning, the support of this was with rusty, moving and even that I always stay in Hamptons, this one needs more quality job. the rest very nice and easy.

I cant think of anything I didn't like, aside from my reasoning for being in town, which had nothing to do with Hampton. I was in town for the funeral of my grandfather. I searched and searched for a hotel once I received the dates. I looked at many different ones but struggled to book it until 2 days before. I even still searched. Scared that my already horrible time i was having to learn to cope with, was going to be even worse by the place I was going to have to stay. I read the reviews on this location and decided I might as well. Location had fast food near. Gas near. They offered breakfast which was great(my daughter enjoyed making her own waffle!) I bought along my husband and 2 kids 10 &5 even though they wouldnt be attending the services. The hotel offered all the amenities that we needed to allow me the ability to attend services without added stress. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was big, the AC, fridge, and microwave all worked perfectly. Facility and room were super clean as well. Staff was also amazing. They made check in and check out extremely easy, along with everything in between. Job well done.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay during my time of grievance.

1st night the room was warm but it wasn't until the next morning that we realized that the A/C didn't work. We told the front desk and she asked if we need checked the thermostat on the wall my husband said yes. But she said she would send someone to check it. We got moved to another room since A/C wasn't working. Smaller room but okay.

Booking.com did't forward my requests to the hotel. I requested first floor hotel room. Hampton Inn was not aware of my request, but was able to give a first floor room.Agent told me to call the hotel directly with special request, The hotel room carpet REALLY needs to be professionally cleaned. The carpet had TOO many stains in it. If I had paid a lot more, I would had be very upset and would had requested another room

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean, but the carpet was stained in a couple of places in front of the TV.

The pictures of the handicapped room showed a walk in shower with a seat. The room we were given had all of the bars and taller toilet, but it was a bath tub and not a walk in shower. Also, it had no seat as shown in the pictures. My husband needs a seat to comfortably shower and he had a hard time.

Great location. Easy to get around the entire area once you learn the back streets.

I know it was hot the week we were there but with the AC at 63 it was still a little warm in the room at night. FYI, the weather at home is similar to Corpus and we’re comfortable at 70! The water pressure was terrible in the shower.

Great and friendly staff and great breakfast! They have this treasure box of toys and during breakfast they gave some toys to my son. Hotel is in a good area so much to do around here. Will definitely be back when I need to visit corpus.

Poor breakfast on Monday. (No breakfast meats or biscuits.) Good breakfast on Sunday.

Accidentally left something in room when checking out. Contacting the hotel for help, and even finding someone at the hotel to ask for assistance, were both nearly impossible.

I traveled for work and had a meeting at 2:00pm. I called the front desk to let them know I would arrive in Corpus at 12:00 and asked if I could do an early check-in as I had to prepare for my meeting. Not only did they let us check-in early, but they upgraded our room to a King Suite at no additional cost! Top floor, quiet, spacious, and comfy. Great customer service!

I wish they had provided more shampoos as the little bottles are tiny. We also only got a soap for our hands which we had to use for showering as well and no body lotion. We would have asked for the additional toiletries had we not arrived back in the room so late and tired, so not really that big of a deal. There were also some questionable stains on the carpet and on an ottoman our room had, but other than that, no complaints!

Staff was very friendly and the rooms was nice and clean. Pool area was clean however, pool towels were gone and we had to go to the front desk and get some. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back before the summer is up.

N/A We liked everything. I do not have any complaints about my stay. The location of the hotel is great. Close to beach and restaurants and mall.
