Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas-Love Field

We arrvied around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, woke up Wednesday and requested maid service (per the sign on the mirror in the bathroom). At 3:00 when we returned our room had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk and was told by the staffer that I needed to give a "24 Hour" notice. No where does it say that and I told him, not to mention, the lady I spoke with when requesting, never informed me of it. He said he would request again but that it was not guaranteed. We returned after dinner and our room was nicely cleaned. I am glad it worked out but he needs to be advised that is incorrect. You don't tell customers that there is a "24 Hour" notice to have your room cleaned. Never heard of that one!!

to be paying that much for the shower head to be leaking having the whole bathroom flooded and also for the remote controls to barely work. also if we have to pay for parking make sure you have enough parking space so we can actually park close to the hotel and not in the shopping center parking. breakfast do not serve all pancakes at one time if you don’t have them in a warmer because they get cold….. those need to be cooked to order like omelette or have a pancake or waffle maker

Location was solid. Love Field wasn't loud at all and gave the kids something to look for while driving around. Several restaurants and a nice craft beer place within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was great and room was spacious.

Pool was closed for 2 of the 4 days we were there. There was no spa, it had been filled with cement? There is still no Manager's Social...but there is a buffet breakfast so why? Save money? Conversations and doors echoed a quite a bit late in evening while the kids were sleeping, it was tolerable. Parking limited and small spaces at $12/day, so add that to your expenses!

I really enjoyed the ladies running the breakfast. The lady that cooked the eggs, etc was super nice and I really enjoyed the employee serving the juice , coffee, etc. great staff you have here. Also the maintenance guy that that tried to fix broken heather in room 501. Tatiana that work the front desk. She was very professional and moving us to a new room after the heater did not work in 501. Really enjoyed the stay there great hotel

We had a lay over at Dallas Love Field that turned into multiple delays then a canceled flight with 2 small children. I about lost my mind. However, I called the Embassy Suites by Hilton and got a suite for an affordable price. It was late, my kids were amped up from being cooped up.. We couldn't get our luggage.. Got a free shuttle from the airport. The driver took us Target where I grabbed some pj's, swim suits and other quick essentials. Got to the hotel and took the kids swimming. The pool was technically closed as it was already after 10 pm but they allowed us to swim so we could wash pj's and our clothes we were wearing. (AND wear our kid out.) Laundry service, laundry soap and dryer sheets were all free. The next day our flight was rebooked for 6pm. The hotel allowed us a 2pm check out and didn't mind us hanging around in the commons areas until 3pm when the shuttle took us to the airport. Amazing breakfast of made to order French toast, Waffles and omlettes. There was bacon, sausage, toast, oatmeal... the works. (My husband was very happy with such a hearty breakfast.) Staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas turned a nightmare of a couple days into an amazingly wonderful stay that we will remember for a long time!

Rooms very comfortable

When checking in clerk was uninformed about local taxi service and couldn’t be bothered to check. Your shuttle service needs an overhaul. Guests should take priority over your park and fly customers. Requested a shuttle when making reservations and at check in… and didn’t have one to take me to the airport. The AM clerk was gracious enough to call me a taxi and get me to the airport on time… this was very frustrating at 5am.

N/A I saw very little of the property as we checked in late and left very early the next morning. the only downside was the atrium design. there were large groups of children that were making lots of noise which could be heard everywhere due to the atrium. I did appreciate that hotel staff made an announcement at some point asking parents to have their children return to their rooms as they were disturbing other guests.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless.

We used the shuttle to the airport. We had a very early morning flight, and signed up for the 4:30 am shuttle. Additional folks came to use it at the same time, who had not signed up. The driver held us up for them. It was storming. The weather stripping on the passenger door came down. The driver took the time to try to tape it to the van with packing tape. It didn't work. We very nearly missed our flight because the 4:30 shuttle didn't leave until 4:50.

Breakfast was good as usual…I love the way the omelette s are made and how they have great hot food options

The parking price was 12 dollars and I didn’t like how they took the hot tub away and made the pool on size it makes it uncomfortable for the ones who can’t swim or have children
