I was super impressed by this overall. The young lady check me in quick and fast and was very polite. Very pleasant. Happy to see me even. No pet fees . The landscaping was clean and kept the facilities were maintenance 12 and touched up well and everything was clean. The corners of the room are clean. That’s always a giveaway. Usually you’ll find spiderwebs or dead bugs. This place was beautifully cleaned. Ample soap in the bathroom very clean towels. The faucet heads in the sink and also the bathtub are Beautiful brand new , impressed by the details. Things like the caulking between the tiles and the edges of the walls were all new and well-kept. There was a kitchenette in my room that had a fork and a knife which came in super handy when I forgot to pick them up at the grocery store , an actual fridge, microwave, a table with coffee cups and everything ready to go for a nice morning. The air condition blew very cold. The doors were freshly painted next day. The gentleman from this was very kind to me as well not just once to three times with a great attitude that Overnight man, which can always be hit, or miss character, greeted me at 4 AM in the morning nodded andsaid hello on a smoke break. All these small details speak volumes and make a big difference in a customers experience. They also had dog bags all over the property which was very convenient. There were no loud or obnoxious guests late at night.

if I had to nitpick, and I’m only nitpicking, parking was a little tight sometimes. I love my vehicle and I like to park in front of my room. That was impossible couple of times but nothing to make a big deal about. Also hotels with bright white lighting in the room Should really consider softer lighting. It changes the entire atmosphere of the room.

I like the fact of smoking rooms that have access to the door from the outside. I stayed in these before of the kitchenette area with a fews pots are provided. They offer weekly rates as well. The location is right next to the freeway, close to a grocery store, food places, bus station, strip clubs, within a few minutes to Downtown Dallas, DFW and Love Field airport, and hospitals.

My last stay was the deluxe king I believe and they told me that it was one of the newly upgraded ones. Which in fact, it was smelling fresh like new paint but not in that particular room. The paint color was it's original color of green with no extra space like they told me. A little disappointed on not seeing the "upgrades". However my stay was nice as usual.

Loved how the rooms are set up and all the things that are included. When I arrived I had a wait a bit for the room since I had just made the reservation online. The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. I loved the fact that the room came with a stove, coffee pot, full size fridge, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, and toaster. There was a kitchen table and 2 chairs as well as a chair and foot stool for extra seating. It was pretty clean and the shower was hot, bed comfy, heat/ac worked great. No problems with noise at all. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again when I'm in that area.

It definitely exceeded my expectations so I can't complain about much but I would say that the room was a bit crowded with all the things in it. I could see how staying there for more than a night and especially if it was more than one person it would get super frustrating. Bathroom door pretty much smacked into the kitchen table chair when you opened it. The chair next to the bed was nice but it also made the room feel packed. Also when you got into the bed it made this crazy load noise like someone hitting metal with a hammer. 😂 But other than that I was super impressed and satisfied.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Helped sort through any issues. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall highly recommend.

Soap was a little low quality, and am not sure if hotel was located in the safest location. I recommend bringing soap and shampoo/conditioner if you want it.

I liked the location. I like how it felt homey and peaceful.

well we had a cockroach in our room. the property had old vehicles and trailers in it.

The owner let me do an early check in along with a late check out. very friendly, clean, great cable. Near the Red River Honky Tonk for New Years!

unfortunately there are lady’s of the night hanging around.

it was in a good location. close by everything and not far from our events! staff was nice and rooms were very clean.

water at bathroom sink didn’t get hot. I still had hot water at kitchen sink and shower.

Location is in the right spot. All of the clubs we usually attend are within a few blocks away

I was surprised that the room was so clean and well-taken care of, it seems to me that the owner of the facility cares very much of his investment and the people who visit are well-taken care of.

The location was not so great! There were hookers walking the street in front of location all the time.
