Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Dallas Market Center, an IHG Hotel0

The hotel is very clean and cute! The manager and staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. I give it an A (90% = 9/10). I do not give it a perfect score only because they do not have an airport shuttle between Dallas Love and the hotel. Even the shuttle to and from DFW only runs between 8 am to 4:30 pm. Being 2 miles away from Dallas Love and not having a shuttle led me to $18 x 2 = $36 in Uber expenses back and forth, plus $8 tips, so $44 in addition to the $130 I paid makes it still acceptable at $174 a night, but I could have found a hotel with a free shuttle and a restaurant for just under $200 a night. There is no restaurant, there was a small convenience store. So, arriving at 9 pm or 10 pm and catching an early flight next day, there you are - with no food choices. Car rentals are not worth it if you stay overnight to catch an early flight... The room was very clean, and so is the carpet everywhere. I did not have breakfast because I came late at night at DAL and had a morning flight and needed to clean up and pack. Barely had 7 hours to sleep. Overall, a good value for the money and the staff made up for the minuses....

Absence of the shuttle between Dallas Love and this hotel. Since it has DAL in the title, it is expected to service this airport, and not DFW. I would not mind paying $5 per trip for a shuttle.... Also, as I said, there is no restaurant. The guests are not quiet ( they chat at night and in the morning near doors and elevators). But the walls are not too thin. The noise comes mainly from the corridors and not from outside...

The hotel is clean and in a location that is easy to get to. It seemed pretty safe also. The staff was friendly and quickly checked me in.

The proximity to the highway and maybe not thick enough windows. I could still hear the highway. If you’re a heavy sleeper and used to city traffic, this will not be bothersome. I live in a village and not used to this kind of noise at night. I was already awake for 24hrs (flying in from Europe makes one long day), and despite being exhausted, I could only sleep ~3hrs. I woke up around 2am and could not go back to sleep due to hearing traffic from highway.

Everything was excellent and I was a satisfied customer.Customer Service was a plus for me the fro t desk clerk had A-1 communication with us when I called be of me and my husband getting lost he ensured us that he will document it. The care and concern from him made us more comfortable I’m definitely giving y’all a thumbs up and I will share this place to my family and friends looking forward on visiting again and Thank you for the please hospitality 😊

I had no dislikes. Everything we needed to know was explain on check in so we could understand while on our stay.

The location was close to LOVE Field since this was a wait over for travel The rooms were excellent--very clean. The staff were very approachable and helpful. Be sure to advertise the ADDRESS for this Holiday Inn Express as 7800 John W Carpenter FWY since the one on Harry Hines confuses ALOT of people and our driver.

The pillows that said FIRM were NOT. I had to use 3 in order to not feel like I was sleeping in a HOLE and after a 10 hour plane ride from Hawaii my neck needed the support.

The Staff was exceptional. General manager?, Sheila went out of her way to search my room for something expensive that I thought I left out in my room. she was great! property was quiet, clean and overall great Breakfast was best hotel buffet I have had in a while.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We are a family of 4 with 2 wheelchairs and we fit very comfortably. The 24hour coffee was awesome too.

We travel to Dallas for medical reasons. Both my daughters are in wheelchairs. The only issue & huge issue we had is there is only 1 access point a for wheelchairs. The only handicap spaces where also at the front doors and were filled quickly. We had to park at other parts of the hotel and then walk all the way around to the only wheelchair ramp in the front. Even with more doors available to access the building with our key card we still could not get their wheelchairs up the curb. Also their pool was not available. It was a selling point for us, but when we booked it did not mention this.

The location was not good for me. It was inconvenient and I felt like I was somewhere I did not belong. The cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for this. I was only over night to head to the airport in the morning.

Breakfast ends too early... Doesn't allow guest any sleep in time. Also the housekeeper did not give us enough time to answer the door before she trying to come in the room. Check out time is at 11. She was at our door knocking at 9:45.

Ladies at the front desk are exceptional! traveled a lot in America and never received such an amazing customer service. They offer shuttle to the airport. Breakfast is complete and very good! quiet and comfy rooms. Happy stay!

it was very clean. the people were really nice and it was very safe they had security on property that really made it feel more safer. it was peaceful quiet. best stay I’ve had in a while.
