The cinnamon rolls were the best the 1st morning but 2nd morning they were cold

The swimming pool needs to be clean It was full of green algae and pool bathroom need cleaning and fill with toilet paper 🧻 breakfast was good but the cinnamon rolls were cold and the oatmeal was just water ,cold not good on Sat and. The bathroom shower 🚿 needs work it doesn't spray right and. No water pressure 😞

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating with requests. Friendly. It's a good location and providing self-parking definitely lessens anxiety after driving a long distance. They also have a good hot breakfast if you enjoy a leisurely morning.

The Holiday Inn Epress property sign entrance in not easily visible from the highway, so you might miss the entrance or get it mixed up with the other businesses next door. It's height reminds me of the signs from up East---low and not easy to see.

The front desk attendant on Tuesday, August 31st, 2021 was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us very well and carried on actual conversation. Her smile was definitely contagious. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. The room had a clean microwave and refrigerator. The beds are pretty comfortable. We are from Illinois and we visit our dad at the VA hospital a few times a year. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. We usually stay at the Best Western. However, we found our permanent spot. I also should mention that it is within walking distance to the major grocery store. It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants, but centrally located to others.

The suite was very roomy and clean when we arrived. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were delicious and breakfast bar had a great variety of foods too choose from.

Could not find cleaning staff and had to go downstairs to get our towels because the front desk attendant said she was alone. We needed a stool to get in bed because we were short and the bed was too tall. No one could find one. There was a fire drill and no one told us it was ok to go inside. There was another alarm and no one told us it was a false alarm. We had to call to find out.

The faucet in the bathroom was broken. The seal on the refrigerator was loose so that the refrigerator did not keep any items cold. Rooms were only cleaned every five days. We had to go down to the desk every evening to get clean towels. The staff in the breakfast area was very helpful, but on Saturday morning they run out of food before 9 o’clock. There was no milk on either Monday or Tuesday.

only thing I could say was there were no USB plugs anywhere in the room for phone charger

The breakfast was very good! Bacon was deliciously crispy, eggs were a bit toasty in spots. All items were generally good. Coffee was also very good. The location due to the entrance was kind of a hassle to get to. We would stay there again, if ever in that area again, though,

Great area right next to H.E.B, breakfast was perfect and bed was comfortable.

Not so clean building stairs were dirty backside of extra seating/ottoman was dirty and you need to lay towels outside of your room to get new ones, rooms weren’t cleaned day to day. In their defense they seemed a bit understaffed at the time of my stay still no excuse in my opinion to not come by offering clean towels and room service daily.

Breakfast was good. Room was good. Bed was good. Refrig was good. Tv good. Micro good. Shower good. Maid good. All good, no complaints.

Last day coffee was cold but that was rectified asap hated ro leave.

Clean, up to date. Good location.

The mattress in our room was as hard as a cement slab. Stayed here before and the mattress was just the right amount of firm. Not this room , not this stay
