Best Western Plus Pleasanton Hotel

After the A/C went out at home, I had to get away from the blistering heat and stress until repairs could be made. The stay my mom and I had was relaxing and comfortable. From check in to check out, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I liked the selection for breakfast which made the morning simple. My room was quiet, I had my choice of something on the 3rd floor to prevent overhead noise. Walking in was sweet relief, with everything being clean and inviting. The shower was perfect. The beds comfortable. Thank you for having us.

If I had to nitpick, I noticed just a spot of dust over the bedside lamps and the headboards that looked like it had been there a while. There could be a couple more plugs for charging beside the beds. I have to charge my phone and smartwatch. My mom needs her laptop, personal phone, and work cell charged. There was only one outlet per side which left something to be desired. Little things though.

well we had to spend $60+ on breakfast (which wasn’t in our budget) however the breakfast room flooded which was not in their control. which we would have received some sort of discount for that

Manager was very rude and disrespectful, told me I needed to take better care of myself because I had a menstrual cycle and got something of theirs slightly dirty in front of his staff and guest that were checking in.. we had been staying there for like a week almost 2 and left the second he said that to me

I love staying here, the people that work and manage this property are so nice. The property and rooms are always clean, the breakfast is great, and the pool is very relaxing. It is always quite even when the hotel is full you rarely here anything.

Everything was ok with stay wasn’t there very long bed was comfortable TV was bigger than average dish Channels. Had hot food for breakfast limited but more than most now days.

The room felt damp and smelt musky. Like I said wasn’t there long just for a nap before hitting road again but if I was there for an extended stay this would have bothered me more the longer I stayed. Not sure what the remedy is but they need to address it.

Front staff very nice, breakfast starts at 6am which was very convenient and delicious, beds super comfortable and so were the pillows and I'm picky about pillows, overall a great experience!

A/C worked great, Pool was clean and enjoyable, bed was comfortable, plenty of ice in ice maker, clean and inviting lobby, convenient parking close to door by our room

The handicapped shower let a lot of water on the main bathroom floor and was worried it would ruin carpeting and walls. It took half a day to dry up.

The room smelled & looked clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our check in host was very friendly as well. She was there when we checked in & back early in the morning when we checked out.

The lobby had a weird smell. The shower head was powerful, couldn't adjust it to not be straight in your face.

We were In Jourdanton got my husband’s 50th high school class reunion. It was conveniently located. Very nice lobby and room. Quiet snd far enough off the road to not have road noise. We will come back when we are in Pleasanton again.

Everything was great!! The room was exceptionally comfortable and the staff was very nice.
