I liked the staff most! I reserved online easily. Upon check-in I mentioned my first name, and before I could finish, the lady at the front desk, Ms Liz, said yes, Ms Smith, I have you pulled up right here. She politely asked if we would like upstairs or downstairs rooms. I said downstairs, cause we have a lot of children with us, preferably by the pool. She said I thought you would, so I reserved you two rooms, next to each other, by the pool. She proceeded to tell me pool hours, breakfast times, and check out times. After, we went swimming straight away so we asked for towels and were given one towel for each of us; no questions asked, we were nine in total, most places would’ve frowned on that, and possibly given us only two. We all had to have showers after so I had my son call and ask if we needed to bring the wet towels back in exchange for more, they said no, we were welcomed to have as many towels as we needed. WOW! Upon check out, my grandson tripped while running, and scraped his knee pretty bad. We asked if they had band-aids, staff brought out an array of them in different shapes and sizes. I took two, which was enough to cover the wound, the staff member said please take as many as you need, seeing how extra band-aids were a must; I was so very thankful. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles, and my grand daughter enjoyed the sausage patties very much! The showers there are the best! The housekeepers, maintenance, pool man, and laundry lady, were polite as well. They answered any and all questions we had, and are very well informed. It ran like a well oiled machine! Very quite and peaceful. Location is great right off the highway so we were able to explore fairly easily. Thank you all so much!

A lot of condensation on the floor after the showers, but like I mentioned above, the showers are the best, so we all took long showers. The beds are firm, a prefer soft, but the pillows are comfy so that helped a lot! The pool could’ve been a bit cleaner. Strong smell of chlorine; bring goggles for sure!

Everything was great. Breakfast and staff were on point. Front desk were very attentive and friendly. That's the reason why we continue to return. It's definitely worth the stay. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

There were a few miscommunications about the location of our room, but was taken care of.

Staff was very friendly anything you needed they brought to you quick a very pet friendly place also main manager gave me a good deal on my 4 night stay also didn't even charge me the pet fee for my whole time staying there.

The room was clean. The staff was polite. And good breakfast.

I didn't like the area of my room. Parking was also an issue. The rooms were dim even with the lights on.

The large parking lot. Friendly staff. Nice room and pool. Away from the busy city but still close. The price.

My socks were dirty from the floor in the room. There was a small gap at the bottom of the door.

This has been one of the best stays ever! Exceptional breakfast, kind staff, on par customer experience, and a very clean room and lobby. I will definitely return when I’m passing through :)

The remote wasn't working well.

The lady that checked us in and out. Very friendly. Also, appreciate being called when I left my computer in the room.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were relatively clean. Room itself was tidy and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were frictionless.

Coffee on included breakfast was not great but otherwise we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
