Best Western Fort Worth Inn and Suites

Good location, comfy bed, nice bedroom.

Coffee maker was broken wow that sucked. Some lightbulbs burned out so bathroom was dark. And check in clerk kept my DL. I didn’t notice until later and when I called the guy who answered the phone adamantly was offended that I thoguht they had it, didn’t check just said they had no DL, and was sure that I thought his homie kept it on purpose - for which I had zero thought. Accidents happen and I didn’t catch it either. An hour later a manager called and said they had my DL. Not sure I’ll stay there again but probably. Just check the coffee maker first thing!

The staff was super friendly and was extremely helpful during the check in process and during the breakfast. Our rooms were kind of an old school feel to them. Very homey and comfortable. Though the bathroom sink wasn’t in the bathroom so that was a little odd.

The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the suite was super close to their maintenance closet and elevators. Woke up in the middle of the night to the sounds of someone using the elevator and then the maintenance closet. It was so close to the room that it sounded like someone was trying to enter the room.

our original status for two nights when we tried to add a third the front desk gentleman wanted me to put an additional $150 down because I was going to pay in cash. so I gave him my card instead and still try to charge me $150 deposit again and when I told him he said that was only for cash, plus I'd already paid it, he finally let me pay for the room.

Our room was so comfortable. The beds were cozy and the curtains made it super dark which made for amazing midday naps. We also liked how cool the temperature was and the adjustable shower head in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

By the weekend, the hotel got busier which meant less parking but we still had a spot every night so everything was still great.

The breakfast was very good and the cleanliness of the hotel is awesome. I don’t think I could found a better stay. Everything about this hotel is excellent. I would rate them 100 stars. I stayed 6 days and never had a problem with no one. Excellent customer service

The rooms were clean, breakfast was convenient .

After being in the car all day we would have enjoyed some fresh air. The pool was still closed and they wouldn’t allow us to sit at the tables inside the fence. There were no other options to sit outside.

only thing missing was a smart tv, you know one with apps and can link your own streaming services to. modern to match the rest of the building.

Typical breakfast, the waffles in the shape of Texas was neat. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean. Really enjoyed the location of the room.

Like any hotel room, you will always find stuff under the bed or tucked in the corner.

Like everything about this location, Rick was awesome. His willingness to help with anything and places to eat was welcomed. The water was good,hot and plenty.

Pool closed at 9pm, remove the tube and just do a shower.

Really helpful staff - especially Mike and the breakfast staff both mornings .

Vending machines didn’t work ! On five attempts to get a bottle of water I ended up with five cans of Dr Pepper ! I hate Dr P but we had to laugh 😂
