very nice and clean

I was charged $50 deposit at check in she didn’t tell me it was for security deposit until I asked which was fine. Hours later there another $50 charged to my account which I questioned at checkout. The attendant told me it would all be reversed and good it was a$100 hold not $50 as I was told earlier. Monday morning I have another 100 taken out of my checking account. it is now $200 over what my room was . So I’m not pleased at all this was my checking account , which had an extra $200 taken out when I was originally told $50. At breakfast Sunday they had an attendant there for what I don’t know there was no bread, no cups for coffee, no biscuits , 2 pieces of pastry she wasn’t refill anything got attitude when asked for cups . don’t like your job don’t do it have a better attitude.

Location and the cleanliness…. breakfast…. they should have the area patrol more often due to things being stolen by non guest … I would suggest more cameras on the back and law enforcement involved more… like I said location to my job is perfect but it’s sad at times you have to be careful walking outside to go to your car or smoke a cigarette… then those that do drugs on the property and their guest…. the camera must see that because their in clear view of the outside camera…. I know the inside has cameras but the outside is a touch of thought situation…it has its good and bad …. but safety is the most important thing to me when staying in a hotel.

Area… upkeep…coffee/breakfast

Property was located near my event, right off the freeway and easy to access. Sheets and towels actually smelled clean so that was nice.

Front desk check in staff was rude (we arrived around 12:40am) I think her name was Brenda but I’m not certain. She had tattoos all around her chest and neck. Walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything from your neighbors from their room doors closing, to their conversations, to them walking down the hall.

The staff was great. Beds were comfortable but, on the breakfast selection it didn’t seem like it was complete, there wasn’t any potatoes to eat with your eggs & sausages. One of the nights the heater took forever to turn on. Other than those 2 issues everything else was fabulous.

The breakfast buffet was great and the sausage was the BEST we’ve ever had!!!! Thanks a lot to Joe, the man with the plan!!!! AND it was very quiet there and we felt safe. The bed was very comfy as well.

Only hiccup was there was not a carafe in the coffee maker. No biggie, I had Plenty downstairs with breakfast.

Office help and the person preparing the breakfast was excellent.

I got a call from the motel asking about cleaning the rooms I agreed and they did a good job. However-during the same conversation-I ask about the rate not being the same as I agreed online-she saw the discrepancy and said she would correct it-it never got done.

Bed was comfortable, hotel is close to where we neededto be, room was comfortable.

Remote control broken and difficult to use. Fridge in room was not turned up and ready for bottles of water bought on our way from the airport. Couple suggestions... ice buckets available at the desk so ice can be picked up on one of many trips to and from your car, or bags with a frame to use to get ice at the ice machine. The customer service is excellent, but when something is needed from a room, it should be run up, not picked up at desk by customer. So at least 2 people should be on at the same time.

I was In long stay 2 weeks .Mr Joe who prepared the breakfast was amazing keep the area very clean ,a lot of variety ,fresh fruit hot eggs and sausages,waffles,cup cake …. The hotel very clean with good smell House keeping very nice and clean come every day to check if I need anything

The front office need to improve their skills communication with foreign guest I feel they only welcomed the Americans guest Simply they can write no reservation for another nationality or foreign tourist 🙂 The pool very small

The lobby and clerk were welcoming upon arrival. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. There was coffee available upon arrival and continually during our stay and the breakfast was excellent! The setting was clean no matter how many people went thru and the food was always kept fresh and available. There were excellent options like hot cereal, cold cereal, sausage, eggs and potatoes, yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc. with cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter and other options for you meal. The pool was clean, towels were provided, the surrounding area was kept clean and very pleasant.

Travelling with 2 teen boys, I would have liked a suite with a separate bedroom, but I knew the room was as it was and that mistake was mine.

That hotel is made drastic improvements it's nice

I didn't like that they don't take cash
