Good location, clean & lg rooms.

Checkout was at 12, I had placed the sign on door "Do not knock", but housekeeping kept knocking and tried to open door at 11 asking what time i would be checking out it was very disturbing & upsetting to be woken up that way, a man with hat too, so it scared me as he didn't identify himself while knocking either until I asked what he wanted.

My brother’s wife had left him and emptied out his bank account. He had asked me if I would get him a room so he could get some rest before returning to work. So I use booked a room at this hotel for him. I didn’t like how the staff treated us. The greeting was cold and stern, as if I didn’t belong there. But that’s neither here or there. My main issue is I use Booking.com to reserve the room and $366 would be my payment for 2 nights. But when I was checking I was charged $420 for the 2 nights. When I told the lady at the desk that I booked through Booking.com, I was ignored.

Front desk is wonderful, I was looking for a hotel for my daughter and a friend who were going to a concert at Dickies Arena. They were so nice and the manager was so helpful assuring me that it was super close to the arena. It was very close only a few minute drive. The room was so nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. 100%.

The breakfast was wonderful! Good options to choose from! The room was so nice, we loved it. The AC worked great! We love a cold room and we got just that! We had hoped to use the pool but we ran out of time! No complaints at all!

We really enjoyed our stay at TownePlace Suites. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The laundry room was clean and well maintained, as well as the pool and lobby area. Our room was also clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, we had plenty of food selections. The hotel was really quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return if we find our selves in this area again.

Excellent location and value for our stay.

Did not like having to pay for parking, especially in the location where there was ample parking space.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, and all the needed amenities. The hot breakfast is an added perk. Will be one of our first choices for our next visit to Fort Worth.

Outside noise was a downfall, and the dinging of the elevator was easily heard in the room. No shower door left a bit of water in the bathroom.

I liked the breakfast bar, the location of the property was very convenient for our stay.

I didn’t like that I had to pay 12$/day for parking. I was annoyed that I wasn’t told about that before booking the reservation.

I was very impressed with all the amenities and especially the shower/bathroom. The bed was exactly firm enough to allow a good night's sleep. and there were plenty of power outlets and UDB charging ports.

The pull out sofa bed mattress was dirty when we opened it. The pillows were too soft, but plentiful. We didn't stay long enough to try out all the features (stove, diswasher, etc.) These were the only issues we had.

Location was convenient to TCU as we were moving my daughter into her dorm. Room was a great size, clean and comfortable.

Was surprised that we were charged for parking since it was an open non-covered parking lot.
