Motel 6-Benbrook, TX - Fort Worth

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable room at a great price. Parking area well lit and hidden from road. Room was cool upon check-in and AC kept room cool throughout the day, although the unit was a bit noisy. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and major roads.

No coffee maker in room. Hallway noise leaked into room so the coming and going of most of the guests was apparent and interrupted whatever you were trying to concentrate on. The air conditioner was a bit noisy.

I’m not a motel 6 person, but this one was VERY NICE!! Super Clean, all the things I’d expect from other higher end chains and a very convenient location with plenty of great places to eat and spend money at nearby.

I honestly have zero complaints.

I came to town to see family and hotel was only 15 minutes away. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

I thought we could have been given more than 2 washcloths per day (we was there 2 days). And in the room next door, the tv was way too loud.

I arrived very late due to some complications. The gentleman that greeted me was more than accommodating. And he waved the pet feet.

The room had just been renovated and the television had not been connected yet. It was no big deal. It was a beautiful room

It was convenient location and great for the price. They allow pets for free which Is a wonderful convenience fir those who have them.

I didn’t like the fact that those that being pets are not cleaning up after themselves and the management isn’t keeping it up either. I am a no smoking person so walking into it where you can smell smoke in lobby is not always pleasant

The staff didn’t always have on masks (mostly cleaning crew), they also didn’t wear gloves while cleaning...no “do not disturb “ signs, the need to bring own cleaning supplies to ensure room surfaces are disinfected and retreat every-time someone enters room or touches door... then maintenance came to room one day spent almost 2 hours in and out of room working on an outlet in the room.. while I was trying to work /zoom... they ended up having to get parts and said they would be back next day. They weren’t.. they cleaned up the mess but the socket was left undone for the remainder of stay ... front desk never said anything beyond asking me to let them in... more communication from them would have been nice...

Staff very kind. I was in for a funeral. Let me check out at noon to accommodate my later need to leave. My room was very clean and had no issues.

I was only there for a night I couldn’t really judge anything past my room and front desk.

My reservation from booking.com wasn't in their system so I had to get a room with a double bed and paid more than expected. I stayed there last Christmas with no issues. This time I ran into a few complications.
