Super 8 by Wyndham Fredericksburg

They were accommodating to pets without any additional fees. I liked they had a pool for relaxing in the evening after a day of wine tasting. And, for the number of times I locked myself out of my room, the front desk staff were friendly and hospital to make another key! Room was clean and comfortable. The Mexican restaurant next door was delicious. This was probably the best hotel of my cross country trip!

I needed to do some laundry and the front desk did not maintain change so that I could operate their machines- had to drive down the road to get change.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. I had ridden my Harley to Fredericksburg for the 4th of July and forgot my phone charge.I asked if they had one and she let me use hers. I wait in the lobby and had a nice conversation with them. They definitely went above and beyond for me.

The breakfast could’ve stayed open later lol but I guess at that point when I got up it would be lunch time. So no, no complaints I really enjoyed my trip there, everyone one I met there was really and a lot of fun.

Our room was comfortable and clean.

I had booked this room several months in advance to get a good rate. When I booked, I thought I was getting a price just below $100... that's how it looked on the site. Upon arrival, I was informed the room was just under $165. I was not happy, as I could have walked in and stayed for $96. I will not use Booking.com ever again.

Didn't eat meals on the property breakfast area, but did enjoy some of their coffee. Had light breakfast in our room.

No complaints about the room or people working, but couldn't get a downstairs room . I'm 70 and use a cane when I walk. Had hell getting our luggage up and down those staircases to the second floor! Won't ever try that again!

Always like staying here! Convenient to shopping & dining. Check-in & housekeeping super friendly :) Fridge was good size, larger than I remember! Kids loved making waffles in the lobby. Glad breakfast runs a little later on weekends!

Rooms have been cleaner in the past. But it was fine.

The lady at the frontdesk was nice and kind at checking in and out. The lobby had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was walkable to the museum and restaurants and shopping downtown. Honestly the room was old, but I could see their effort to clean as much as possible. It's worth it to stay for the price.

Very convenient to all of the sights. We could actually walk to everything.

Our only complaint and it’s not really a complaint but an inconvenience was that there was no hot breakfast. we had to leave the property to find food and most places were closed until 10am. so if you want hot food at 7-10 you are out of luck. but you can get a cold danish, coffee and juice at the property.

floor was dirty, couldn’t take a bath, it didn’t hold water, and I kept getting white paint pieces on me, so just took a shower instead behind the toilet was filthy, hair on the back when the lid was put down. mold along the seals. all in all was ok, but the price needs adjusted way down. plugs are limited to charge your stuff. defrost the freezer.

We had such a great stay here! It was a perfect location right off Main St. It's right next to great Mexican Restaurant. It was not far from the wineries some were even walking distance. The room was amazing. We had a King size bed room. The bed and pillows were so great, it didn't even make us miss our bed at home. He loved being able to get snacks that were available. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again!

The towels could have been a little bigger since the hubby is 6'2 but that was something we overlooked.

The location is perfect. The water was hot and the AC cold, and it was clean.

There was a lot of banging but it didnt start til about 10am so it wasn't horrible, since we were getting ready to head out.. We found out they are updating the rooms which is a plus for future visits. The beds weren't the best for comfort but I think the right blanket/pillow combo could have changed that. It was pleasant. The vent in the shower wasnt working and it got a little hot taking a shower.
