a couple of nagging things… the air wouldn’t turn off, the tv kept turning off and we’d need to turn it back on

I loved the proximity to the beach. A five minute walk across the road. I loved the balcony facing the beach. Everything was tidy and clean.

We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool only to discover it isn't heated in the winter. The kids were really disappointed that it was to cold to swim.

The room balconies are what keeps bringing us back. The view can't be beat. It's a great location - the beach is right across the street and several restaurants are nearby. And love the little orange refrigerator.!

The sheets somehow were a bit scratchy and hot. Even my husband was waking up from overheating and he's cold natured. They do charge for parking, $15 a night currently. I don't remember seeing that in the description and it's rare for hotels not in the city center to charge for parking, especially when it's just a parking lot. Also, I'll be glad when they get the 2nd elevator working. It's a bit slow with just one.

my stay was wonderful until I called the evening after checking out. I called to report that I left my tablet in the room. The head housekeeper was gone for the day and the person answering the phone would not send someone to get it or even take a report. i was told to call back the next day. after calling twice the following day someone finally took a loss report. I was was not able to talk to the head housekeeper until 3 days after checkout. She was very helpful when I reached her late that day but my tablet was gone. I know exactly where I left it and I really feel that if someone would have checked the first time I called, I would have gotten it returned. As it is, it is floating around with all my info on it. The way this was handled was very disappointing.

Bed size and comfort was nice. We had a nice ocean view room with balcony.

We couldn’t check in until after 5:00 pm. They told us they would call us when the room was ready and didn’t . We found out by coming back in to check. However, we were able to secure a later check out time which was nice.

It was amazing, Daryl, Rita Jeremiah and so many more staff. We want to reserve the special room with Eva for June 19-23 checking put on the 24 1023 for our 25th anniversary but it wouldn't let us at this time. If you could please reserve it was room 5 something king corner with the big beautiful balcony for us please do the 25th anniversary is a big one. And we won't that special romantic room. Thanks. We sure don't want to miss out on it. Karen Hreha

The workers at the longboard were lazy and it wasn't clean. Jeremiah took good care of us when he found out. He was great

Location, pool, beachside/swim up bar, room service, restaurants and friendly staff, atmosphere

Although we love staying here there are a couple of things to mention-Need to have more pool towels available, pool tile needs to be cleaned and all the elevators need to be in working order(one of the elevators was out of order the last couple of times we have stayed there over the last year or so)

From the moment we walked in we were treated super nice, quick check-in, super friendly staff, they even offered us water and cookies. Rooms are modern and comfortable, very clean and great views of the ocean. Outside tiki bar is great for having a few simple drinks, nothing fancy at this bar, beer cans and cheap cocktails. Plenty of parking on the back. Breakfast was not bad, $15 buffet, it could be better for the price, not a lot of selection, but good anyway. We enjoy our stay, I would go back for sure. The orange mini fridges in the rooms are super cool, great choice.

Parking at $15 a night is a little high, there is no restaurant at the hotel, the outside tiki bar has food and it is horrible, really bad greasy food, it will do the job in an emergency. There was only 1 elevator working, therefore long waits to get in it.
