Comfort Suites Grand Prairie - Arlington North

The location was perfect for traveling to the AT&T dome. The rooms were very clean. The lady's at the desk were helpful with our key cards.

I asked for new towels on the 3rd day there and front desk lady told me we had to go to desk to pock them up. What happened to room service? We SAW two roaches in our room which means there were more but the beds were fresh and bug free.

The whole area from parking lot to fitness center was spotless. The rooms were very large and well equipped, working fridge microwave coffee maker and bath supplies. I ESPECIALLY appreciate the good coffee machine and creamers in the breakfast room 24 hrs a day. I am a late night coffee drinker and it is actually good coffee with real creamers available instead of powdered stuff. There is juice also available. The breakfast selection was good. The staff was friendly and did there best to serve you.

I liked the little store for snacks and such but I would suggest stocking a pain reliever like Tylenol. This may be usually done and just a supply issue but it would be something would be nice to have available.

Service was outstanding. The room was clean and very well up kept. I most definitely will be booking here again. It was enough room for me and spouse and our kids.

The breakfast menu was horrible could be adjusted for family oriented but other than that not bad even though the room was over priced but great experience. I still would rate this hotel at 10 out of 10

Everything was good.

Wish they had more help for the breakfast crew. Just had one woman who always tried her best to get it done. Only problem was the loud ppl above us. We called 2 times to the front desk, and the night shift person tried thier best. They woke us from a deep sleep at 1230am, and we didn't go back to sleep until 2am. Then they woke us up again at 6am....we definitely didn't blam the workers. People were just rude!

It is close to the highway , ATT stadium, six flags but still far enough that is not noisy at night. Rooms are spacious.

The breakfast was very basic, sausage was very salty and eggs should be in different form. bedding sheets needs to be ironed as they are very wrinkly doesn’t look fresh, clean

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options including a waffle iron, link sausages, eggs, oatmeal, cold cereal, and orange and apple juice. The attendants were nice, and the grounds were clean. Additionally, the hotel is in a safe location.

The decor seems a little outdated.

proximity to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor

did not have bedding in the room for pull out couch. went to front desk, they gave me a flat sheet and blanket. said they had no pillows or fitted sheets. finally found 2 pillows but no pillow cases. never had any towels either. we had 5 people and they would give us 1 towel

Breakfast was very good,lots of varieties to choose from. Everyone liked it and enjoyed the Breakfast specially the coffee.

The pool was very cold. This is the only negative review I have. We have a 5yr old and I was hoping he would have a great experience but instead he was shivering the whole time there. We as adults couldn't even enjoy it either.

Breakfast was great!! They have variety of things. And room was perfectly clean.

I did stay a few nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper so i think they could add another one to the room's but other than that it was perfect.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was pleasant and comfortable to have a good nights sleep.

We wanted to swim but before we got to the pool someone said that someone had thrown up in the pool. We informed staff but nothing could be done.
