Room was very spacious with couch and table. Large comfortable bed. Good breakfast

Elevator was not working and they put guests on 3rd floor. An elderly couple ahead of me asked the 2 check in Staff how they were to get there luggage up 4 flight of stairs and they just shrugged their shoulders. I met an elderly man in the stairwell trying to get 2 poodles up the stairs, he carried 1 up a flight then walked back down to get the next one. This was absolutely ridiculous. I had issues with walking and carrying a heavy suitcase up 4 flights and I'm not old. They should have put on lower floor or notified when booking of this issue

the pool area is EXCEPTIONALLY clean & has several seating options. we specifically chose Baymont because they have shaded areas at their pool, another, less expensive, option offered no shade so we chose Baymont Henderson. Great breakfast options also. Waffles,muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, biscuits, gravy, apple and orange juice, yogurt, coffee, and milk. I’ve stayed here 3 times and I honestly feel they have listened to my reviews and made improvements!

Everything was great. We decided to stay here each time we visit Henderson. We were a little bummed that breakfast wasn't available in the lobby, but they still provided sacked breakfast, and it was just as great. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready. However, the attitude of the front desk lady was phenomenal. She was so kind and polite. I don't think anyone could've been disappointed. We stayed in my brothers room for about an hour and just like she promised, she called us as soon as it was ready. We definitely will be staying again!

ants in and around the pool. I went to Walmart and bought ant spray after I scooped most of them out. also, grandson went barefoot in the room most of the time and his feet were BLACK from the soil in the carpet I guess?

Lost my charger to my phone and so i went to the front desk and asked if by chance they had one i could borrow. The sweet young lady working let me use her personal charger without hesitation.

It was awesome. The Sundowner restaurant has the best food and staff EVER!

Might take a look at the bathtub stoppers. And for two nights might consider putting more towels in.

convenient comfortable room

Restaurant was in a very small bar that was very loud. Setting was difficult to have a nice conversation. we were told facility was smoke free but women were vaping in the small bar/restaurant.

Great location - several restaurants very nearby, including a Starbucks.

Had fire ants show up in our bathroom one night - and we were on 2nd floor.

The breakfast was very good! Great variety of items to choose from.

The bed cover was too heavy for most seasons.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD JUST NEED SAUSAGE PATTIES.

I AND OTHERS DONOT EAT THE LINK TYPE SAUSAGE>>> BISQUITS WAS HARD!!!~
