Red Roof Inn & Suites Longview

Very clean , well decorated hotel. Room was nice, beds very comfy, bathroom roomy and good shower. I had a sink with a counter top in my room which made it easier to stay there for extra days with kidsz with all the snacks and stuff. They have a coffee machine downstairs , the pool was good , the gym too. And best of all, they don't charge extra for pets!!

They offer breakfast but it's pretty basic. Not worth it. Hot tub was broken.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's quiet, located in a great area, and the staff are always friendly. I had a double and it was a fairly large room. I found no bugs on the bed or in the room. The A/C was powerful and kept the room at the perfect temperature. The TV and WIFI both worked flawlessly, and the WIFI is really fast. The shower had plenty of pressure and drained properly. The water from the tap isn't bad like some hotels in the area. I will be staying here again. I highly recommend this Red Roof! A+ service!

The only thing I didn't like was that they only have one elevator and it's kind of slow, but that is only a very minor issue.

Had everything we needed for our family and dog as we prepared for and recovered from the annual dog shows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They asked about preferences and put us where we could go down the stairs and to the dog area easily.

Dog area could use a bag/trash station and more frequent clean-up as the proximity to the highway brings blowing trash.

Staff very accommodating- When needed something they were able to help.

The only downfall was the pool- it clearly needed cleaning. Continental breakfast is the same meal every day. It was good would of liked something different. I was told that all other RRI do not offer this and that this owner does- I did appreciate that so thank you!

walking up 6 steer cases cause the elevator was out but overall it was cool & the cable tv was not working that sucks couldn’t watch tv 🫤 .. wish there was way I can get free room stay cause room was not up to part but i stayed cause it was the very last room😊

Clean Good environment. Well worth the money. Price was very affordable. Which is why I was impressed the most. The cheapest I could find and better experience than expensive motels stayed in previously

Everything was wonderful

The staff was great with greeting their guests. Making sure we didn't need anything when we come in contact with them.

Well in some places in the room weren't clean where they should've been. The bathroom for example. I had to sanitize and clean the sink and counter top because I found a few hairs in it. I always bring my own cleaning supplies when I can. If not, clorox wipes and Lysol.

I didn’t get to stay here since this hotel and many others had lost power that weekend but the lady I spoke with was so helpful and very sweet. I got a full refund. Would definitely love to stay here in the future

Staff was wonderful, beautiful space, the room was perfect. Excellent for the price!

The elevator was having a little trouble finding the floor when recalled. But the staff showed me the trick to it.

Great location; appreciated the electric vehicle charger (it’s why I chose this hotel).

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. Prefer almost any fresh brewed coffee to instant from a machine (dark roast if I had my preference); half & half (or 2% even) is much better than artificial creamer.
