it was clean, staff was exceptionally kind.
The television didn’t work. beds were a little hard for my taste and there were only 2 towels left for three people. when I said that someone needs to check out the tv before someone else checks in to the person on duty, she said “well it would have been nice to hear about it before now” I told her that they knew the day before, “well nothing was said to me” I told her the sweet lady that was on duty came down and tried to get it to work, ti no avail. maybe I should have offered her coffee….

The lady said I booked a smoking room and so she charged me ten dollars extra for a non smoking room. I really don't understand this because it takes less to clean up after non smokers. Anyway we were tired and so I just paid it.

The property was right off I20. There was a gas station and Denny’s across the street. The downtown area of Kilgore was within 2 miles.
The two chairs in our room were broken so we could not sit in them. My husband did ask the manager to replace one and he did right away. I guess there are new owners so probably in the process of updating items. I have a feeling people stay here for work for a week or so.

Nice people , nice rooms(no bedbugs), pet friendly, great location. Convenient store & eats within walking distance. No pool or hot tub during pandemic, but it's a good place without them. Thank you for the hook-up. 😀

The host was very kind and accommodating to give me a main floor room with no extra charge as i had a pet with me It was very much appreciated. The place was very clean and comfortable. I will stay again in the future
