everything, it was a little older of an aloft, but it is still up to great standards the aloft chain has for its hotels
Air conditioning unit would intermittently shut off, while that's not necessarily a deal breaker for some, im someone who needs circulating air to sleep, so I had some difficulty there.

The unexpected charges. I understand we are charged a fee for incidents, but it accumulated when an amount was charged Those are expected, but when not made aware when booking, it becomes an inconvenience and have to rebudget.

everything was great! conscience! clean, updated. victor the bar tender was awesome! the pool was clean and warm.
the breakfast and food was very expensive! one of the strawberries that was with the berries and cheese had mold on it. also would have liked the coffee to be out longer than 10am.

it was close to the location of my destination and the staff was super helpful. most of all the rooms were very clean from the bed to the bathrooms almost like I was the first person ever there.

Location was very close to my conference. Several restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel was quiet as it was away from the main freeways. Will return again.

Guest service was really nice, especially Lois the night attendant.
What I didn't like was there was stain on the comforter, when I let the front desk know they apologized & they had housekeeping to change it right away & a little disappointed that there was no microwave in the room

We where very satisfied. We where even running a little late and they still checked us in without a problem. We only needed to sleep we came out for a concert. Yet the room was so nice and comfortable
It actually was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The staff was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. There really wasn't any bad we could say.

The staff was so friendly and I love that the hotel is pet friendly and accomadates all pets on the bottom floor. I like that there was an outdoor field for the pups too.
I wish we would have been able to get into the pool but there were always kids there! I'm sure they had a great time though.

The front desk employees were very nice and hospitable. I really appreciated that they accommodated my requests for early check in. I also had a last minute Tom request and they were able to accommodate me on that as well.
No complaints.
