Holiday Inn Irving Las Colinas, an IHG Hotel

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and the hotel even offered a shuttle to the venue! The shuttle does stop running at 10pm so we got our own ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more. Sadly, no oatmeal but that was ok. The staff was top-notch all around. We were greeted warmly and they even text us after checking in to ensure our room was ok. I really appreciated that. The room was equipped with a keurig and refrigerator, no microwave. I liked that they offered all Dove bath products to include handwash and lotion. It was a nice change from the usual drying bath soaps found in other hotels.

The room had a musty smell when we entered, kind of like the bathroom ventilation wasn't working correctly to remove moisture. Also, the pool area could use some updating. Regardless, we still had a fantastic stay.

loved the location, very close to restaurants. The balcony was a nice surprise! very spacious. Excellent amount of easily accessible plugs and charging ports. enjoy the complementary non-alcoholic beverage for being a member of the loyalty program.

The soundproofing from the hallway was inadequate. Loud noises late at night could be heard through the door from other guests talking, leading doors, slam, etc.. Also thought the buffet breakfast should be included and not a $10 or $15 charge. first time I had ever encountered that at a Holiday Inn, and I’ve stayed at multiple properties.

The breakfast was not complimentary. It was $16 for the buffet, so we did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for three people. The beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to the Toyota Music Pavilion from the hotel, so that was very convenient. It was only about a 15-minute walk. The area was nice, and we felt safe walking back at midnight.

I wish the breakfast would have been complimentary, but it was great other than that.

Great location close to the concert venue (Stereo Live Dallas).. The property is very nice and easily accessible. Bar is open 6-10 every evening, and the lobby has a great lounge area. The breakfast came with the room price, but if it’s not included in your booking, it’s about $15, and it’s honestly worth it…made to order eggs, scrambled eggs (with and without cheese), sausage, bacon, home made potatoes, great fresh fruit selection, breads, cereal, yogurt, and multiple options of fruit juices, coffee and tea. The room balcony, even on the first floor, was set higher than ground level which felt very safe and had a cute view of the water. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, shower and toilet were clean and amenities were decent. The room has a Keurig with K cup selections which I loved! No noise in the hallways after hours and the hotel had signs indicating quiet hours which I think was a great idea. The staff was very kind, especially the sweet lady taking care of things during breakfast. So accommodating!

Our sheets had what looked like iron burn marks (I think?). They were clean and everything smelled fresh, but it may be time to replace some of the older sheets. Could use an update on bathroom amenities like built in shampoo/condition and body wash dispensers. TV had a good selection of channels, but having the option to stream Netflix/Hulu/Prime would be a great update to stay current.

Had a great breakfast. It is a great location. There is a mini fridge in room. Free wifi. Great pricing. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The beds were a little to firm. Short toilet in room. Heater smelled really bad when turned on. Bathroom mirror light acted weird when first turned on.

Great location for events at Toyota Music Factory. Quick walk to TMF. Starbucks across the street. Bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a few hours at a concert. Would definitely stay here again for the next concert.

I can't think of much to complain about. Did seem kind of labyrinthine to get to the room after check-in. Was a little difficult for me to find since I came in from O'Connor instead of the service road for 114.

Front desk night staff is condescending. Made us wait 10-15 minutes to begin checkin for online booking. Staffer was fiddling with computer. I travelled to check homes to buy in area. I extended from 2 to 3 nights the following day and called room service at night to confirm but no answer. Called main line, got front desk staff, but what could have been a simple confirmation of new checkout date was met with a condescending response "your in the room, you would have been kicked out if it was not extended".

really clean property with modern rooms. Hotel pool was both fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults. Fire pit area was beautiful and relaxing. Comfortable beds nice and dark rooms, Super friendly staff I can’t say enough good things about this hotel

I had a pretty noisy neighbor for my final night at this hotel. Not the hotels fault and I didn’t file a complaint but the third time she woke all of us up I was wishing I would have.

The room was great, clean and the location was perfect for what we were in town for. The staff was friendly and helpful, the check in progress took no more that 5 minutes.

I don't think I didn't like anything about the hotel, but if I'm just being extra picky I would say, I would have liked more king light ls in the back parking area, but that's it. Overall great experience.

the property was very well kept and close to the location of the convention I was attending.

this is probably just me, unfortunately it never got cool enough in the room, it didn’t matter how low I set it. again, I like to sleep very cold and it was texas so.
