Longview Hilton Garden Inn

The precious lady that served the breakfast was great. she was so friendly and the food was good. Breakfast area was clean and great selection of choices. Would go back just to eat there.

Only thing that could have been better is that in the room and on the sign it stated that the restaurant opened at 6 so I went down to order dinner for us and the restaurant was closed. We were so tired that we did not feel like going anywhere to grab a bite, so we ate the bar food which was just ok, nothing really good.

The overall experience was just what we hoped for. Saturday staff was amazing. They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was service during breakfast. They didn't take the time to see if it was included in our stay, which it was.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite.

I took my grandson there for the pool. Did not find out the pool was closed until we got there. One of the 2 elevators was broken.

FAITH at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and patient during Texas's snowmageddon! The front entrance was not usable due to a water line break, but she helped me to find an alternative entrance and parking solution for my wheelchair using husband. Once in our room, I learned we had been given a hearing accessible room rather than the mobility accessible room. Faith was unable to move us the first night as the hotel was sold out, but made arrangements for us to move the next day. Although I ended up having to move furniture to accomodate my husband the first night, her professionalism and desire to help made the dual stresses of snowstorm and family funeral a bit more bearable.

The requested room was unavailable when we arrived due to guests extending their stay because of the snowstorm. There was no hot breakfast, and the restaurant/bar closed early.

It’s very convenient for our stay & near our family. The hotel is nice, it has an indoor pool, breakfast available for purchase.

Although nice, it is overpriced.

We arrived after booking and having confirmed reservations for handicap accessible Queen room but they put us in a regular room. Thankfully a king size handicap was available and we got it. But, the handheld shower didn’t work and we didn’t get the roll in shower. No complimentary breakfast but what they offered was good. All in all it was a good 2 night stay

The breakfast was fantastic!! The Chef did an extraordinary job on the omelette!! The potatoes were out of this world good!! But most of all the service from the time I walked in was beyond exceptional! I’ll stay here again for sure!!

Property was very clean, easy to find, and inviting. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The inside bar and relaxing area was a bit too bright….dimming down the lights makes things seem more cozy.

The staff was very helpful. they have good service, the Hotel was very clean I will go to the same hotel.

I don't have any dislike about the hotel I like everything about the hotel

Everyone was very nice.

I expected to be able to sleep without interpretation. The floors are evidently not insulated at all. The room upstairs came in at 3:00am and stomped around until 4:30. I had to leave for work at 7:30, so not much sleep at all.
